There was mold here and there throughout the room. It was smelly. The sink and parts of the ceiling was broken. The food didn’t taste good. Etc. it wasn’t good at all!

Very bad cleanliness
The staff is full of thieves. I forgot my airpods and staff denied that they have found them. Using Find my iphone app i was able to track and get my airpods back. Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone

This was my First and also will be the last fab hotels. Rooms were stinky. My family could have adjusted 1 big room but they didn't allow. The windows were shaky. Staff was arrogant.locaton was awful.

- Small with a damp smell
- The paint from the walls was chipping off
- Stains all over the walls
- The furniture looked and felt like they were going to fall apart
- Hair on the floor and bed

3. I did not feel safe in the area - the building looked very shady
4. The lifts are in a horribly dilapidated condition

Paid twice once to Oyo on 26 dec 2022 and when reach hotel, they said no booking and paid 4,000 cash for 2 days

Nothing. It's not a Hotel. It is a Shady Room with no facility. They charged Rs. 2000 and denied pre booking entry.
Everything. It is a fake place. I stayed for 4 hours in night in fear,. No AC no water. Dirty bed. Dirty washrooms.
It's pathetic than dirty 150 rs lodge.

I booked room online . When we reached they said we have only 5 rooms and all booked. They do not have manners. Dirty reception area bad smelling . Never book your room online and offline .

Hi OYO and concerned Booking Team,
It is to report on the Oyo room that I have booked with booking ID - S50V6484
It is a very horrible experience to see the hotel room, the room photos provided on the web and the room provided in reality is completely different.. it is very wrong to mislead your customers by providing fake pictures while booking.
The service is pathetic, first of all the receptionist made us wait for half n hr since we already paid the amount while booking, they only accept direct payment, in that case why do you take online bookings?
And after a long fight and call with some agent finally we gave us the room that too in a horrible small room and not at all safety for a couple to stay in it, since room has a opening to the room (there is just a partition with other side room which is not even fully closed, there is opening at the top of wall)
Room is full of cigar smell and pan spits on the wall.
We attached all the photos and video for proof..
We immediately vacated the room, since we couldn't bare such horrible room to stay even for a while.
It's a complete frad from oyo to loot ppl.
I ask for a complete refund of my money.

I was told that the pre payment of 520 that I made was not acceptable and I had to pay 1500 over the counter.

Over all good experience, staff were kind n helpful nature ,Receptionist, house keeping were very helpful, food order was quick, n bit need to improve about noise, anyway wonderful hospitality experience,
I booked with OYO which was 1093 price but hotel staff were told us to pay 1500rs ,n OYO r not responsible for their prices, which is unfair, totally horrible expectation with OYO ,if I could have paid to OYO that hotel would not except, or else I need to pay full amount again ,OYO has to investigate about this matter ,it's not only with me my friend were also had same issues, so please short it out this matter,

After booking and part payment the hotel staff did not allow me to checkin and told rooms not available. Worst booking in my life had to find a room at 2am mid night

There is absolutely NOTHING to like.
Rubbish people, the rooms are pathetic, they ask for extra money or else rooms wont be given, 0 safety, never do the mistake of booking this hotel. Do not go on the price, it is fake.
