You walk right out your back door to the beach . We grilled on the back deck and watched the sunset . Great place .

The stay was great we all had a great time and enjoyed the stay. The only flaw I had was the host waited until the day I left and was already 4hrs into the trip to let me know she needed a contact signed and a copy of my drivers license. I took care of it on the road and everything went great after that.

A beachfront townhouse or house is the best, and this one did not disappoint! The ease of parking directly in front of the townhouse and walking out onto the beach from our private deck cannot be beat. The house was as described and very nice! The balcony and deck were wonderful! When not on the beach, we were on the deck enjoying the views and waves crashing. The beach was practically our own private area. Sonya was easy to communicate with and check-in was no problem. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week at Sunset Grace! The location is great. The view is incredible. The beach was never crowded, even when it was. Sonya was so very helpful anytime I had a question. I'm not typically one who will reach out to ask, but she was just so personable, I felt comfortable asking her about anything! The ice cream and escape room across the road were awesome as well. The beds were very comfortable. There was also plenty of the things you need like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. We just had an all around awesome week. If I were to try and find a single thing to possibly complain about, I guess it would be how bright the bedrooms got very early in the morning. So if you like to sleep late, that might be an issue. That would not stop me from choosing this place again, however! We absolutely loved it, and hope to be back next year!

We had a marvelous time with the sand only steps from the back door! We enjoyed grilling out, using the fire pit, spending most of our time out on the beautiful white sand beach. The house was clean and comfortable! Having coffee out on the deck with the ocean sound and nice breeze was awesome. Very private and true on the beach feel. I would definitely come again.

Location was great, but property was not accurately listed. I specifically searched for a place that would sleep 8 and this location showed up in the search. When I booked, the description stated that it had 4 bedrooms, the last one containing a futon and sleeper sofa. When I arrived, I found only 3 bedrooms and no futon or sleeper sofa. This place only sleeps 6, unless you count a recliner as another bed (which I don’t). When asking the manager about the lack of an extra sleeping space, they said they just added a new recliner? Then they changed the listing to remove the reference to a 4th bedroom AFTER WE WERE ALREADY STAYING AT THE PROPERTY. It still says it sleeps 8, but that is NOT accurate.

Location was everything you could want in a vacation spot. Beach was not crowded and we were close to everything we needed or wanted.

Family of five; two teens and another one soon to be. This was the perfect set up for us. Clean house, easy to find, everything we needed for a weeks stay, and a great view of the beach. What we wanted was a place on the beach, that we could easily walk to the water, had a nice view and enough room for everyone to have a little privacy. This place had all of that. Oh, and the back deck was very nice with great seating. I enjoyed sitting under the palm trees every morning/evening, listening to the waves. The beach was not overly crowded and at times, there was nobody within a couple hundred yards on either side. The only things I would say to be prepared for are bright lights from across the street in one bedroom. Not a big deal unless you need it to be very dark to sleep. Can be easily resolved by putting up a towel or blanket. The other was to be aware that you will be able to see your neighbors if you are on the deck at the same time, depending on where you sit. There is privacy fencing that helps. We had great neighbors on one side and the issues on the other side (big family of very heavy smokers) were somewhat resolved on its own. Neither one of these are at the fault of the owner and were only very minor inconveniences. In all, it was a great spot for us to visit and we would return if we ever make it back down that way again. Highly recommend if you have a family size similar to ours.

We loved our stay and loved the short walk out our back door to the beach. Definitely going to be our home away from home for our PCB vacations in the future! Sonya was easy to reach if needed as well.

I cannot express enough how great of an experience the Sunset Grace was. Sonya was very easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. The location was conducive to shops and restaurants while not being crowded. The house was immaculate and very easy for older family members to walk down a few steps and be right at the beach. If I could give this location 10 stars I totally would, would defiantly recommend to all.

Birthday celebration for the whole family. The house is great and offers spectacular views and is 50 steps from a beautiful stretch of beach that almost feels private. I would definitely stay again. Sonya was great to work with!

From the booking to the departure, this vacation was everything we could have asked for and more! Condo was comfortable and accommodating with breath-taking views of the water. The beach wasn't crowded but situated close to everything, best of both worlds! And the massive deck with plenty of seating and awning was a huge bonus! Sonya was very attentive and helpful! Highly recommend this rental.

SunsetGrace is wonderful!! Very clean and decorated so beautiful. Everything you need is already there and the back porch was amazing!! Being so close to the beach is exactly what we wanted. With this being a 4-plex we very blessed with great neighbors and we even got to meet Sonya and Ron. They are wonderful and if you need a place to stay then this is perfect!! We will be coming back.

We are a family of 6 with small children. We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Grace. It was so convenient to be right on the beach with our little kids. We all slept well and I especially enjoyed falling asleep to the waves at night. We really appreciated all the extras that were there for us to use like beach chairs, beach towels, games and spices in the kitchen. It made our road trip so much easier not having to jam more things into our vehicle. We really had such a wonderful time at Sunset Grace. Thanks Sonya :)

The first three days were great until people came to stay at the properties on either side of us. They both had dogs, that they did not control and smoked nonstop. Hated that I could no longer leave the doors open to hear the sounds of the ocean due to the smoke smell, dogs barking and construction noise. We ended up checking out early due to the smells and noise. I just want people to know when you rent this property it is in the middle of a group of other properties. The views are great but you are right on top of each other.

This rental is prime location! Gorgeous views and very close proximity to Pier Park. Even during spring break, it was quiet and relaxing. The beach in front of the condo isn’t crowded or busy. The beds are comfy and I loved the big washer and dryer! Sonya was a dream to rent from. Thank you!

I booked this property as a surprise birthday present for my husband. It did not disappoint! The porch and backyard are absolutely beautiful. The location is great too. Sonya is very easy to get in touch with, if you have any problems. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view, no complaints. The neighbors were nice as well! There were 4 of us but the space would easily have accommodated another 2 people without feeling crowded. The back deck is spacious and where we spent most of our time.

Excellent location. Right on the beach, Short 5 min drive to pier park. The views were amazing. The only issue we had was the skylight is super bright to try to get a midday nap in one of the bedrooms. Overall a very good place to stay.

This property was the perfect place for our family get away. Our first night there was very rainy but the back porch with the awning was perfect allowing us to hang out and watch the ocean waves. The home was very clean and perfect for us. Our host, Sonya was just amazing and far exceeded all of our expectations. Our only complaint is that we had to leave. We will most definitely be going back to one of Sonya’s properties.

We loved our stay! The view of the beach is breathtaking and it is so close! The home is beautiful and clean. Very comfy. The property owner is wonderful and very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about this rental! We will definitely be back!

It was such a treat staying right on the beach. It was perfect for small children to be able to come and go from the beach, to the house as we pleased. The shower leading up to the house and the hose on the back porch was perfect for getting rid of all the inevitable sand. We spent a large portion of our stay on the spacious back porch enjoying the beautiful view. We were right across the street from a local ice cream shop and Boba Tea. Win Dixie was right around the corner and we had a beautiful run to the Famous Thomas Donuts. We had everything we needed including a Keurig, coffee pot, gas grill, floats, beach chairs, and even umbrellas. Sonya was so hospitable and available for all questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. Our little family had such a beautiful stay! Thank you Sonya!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Sunset Grace. This was our first time staying in a townhome vs a condo and it did not disappoint. Sonya was great and we appreciate her communication.

Sonya was excellent to rent from, she communicated fast and easily! Home is super clean and beds very comfortable. Everything you could ever need is provided , I wish I did not pack so much ! Loved the gas grill we had many meals ! Extra large fenced deck was perfect for our one and half year old grand son to play on! Parking Conveniently in front of townhome and close to everything especially Buddy’s seafood market! Can’t wait to book for next year!!

This property was exactly what we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. Me, my husband, my sister and my three teenagers stayed in the house. It was right on the beach. The house was fully stocked and perfect for us. We brought our beach towels and chairs but didn’t need to. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach! And speaking of beach, it is not crowded in front of the house which was great! The porch has the perfect view for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Sonya was a great host and answered all our questions very quickly. We’ve stayed in several different condos over the years but this one has spoiled us. We plan to come back again and again!!
