This is a charming home. Rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here while visiting for the JW Convention.

JUST WHAT WE NEEDED.

This is a wonderful place in the heart of Johnson City. Spacious, comfortable, and laid out with nice touches. Just as outlined in listing and a great host!

Myself and my 7 bridesmaids stayed here for my wedding weekend, and we had the best time! Getting into the house was super simple and straightforward. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in for our 2-day stay. I accidentally left my pillow at the property, and Sherry was easy to reach and even dropped it off on my porch for me (lucky I live locally). She truly went above and beyond to treat us well! :)

We were there to watch our daughters play at ETSU for the weekend. Very close drive to the college. House was very nice on the inside. Can tell was newly updated.

Very nice property. Enjoyed the large living room as we had other family members stop by and visit. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was great for everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby.

We stayed at Buc Manor last year and decided to book again this year. It was a great stay and great location for all of our needs. Thanks again!

Great, clean property with easy access and nice fixtures/appliances. Plenty of beds for our family of 6! We were *surprised* to hear of a "permanent upstairs tenant," (thereby assigning us parking spaces in the driveway) in the check-in instructions! We felt safe, etc., but never thought to ask if there was a tenant upstairs! The property is a house and doesn't appear in the pics to be a duplex of any kind. Disclosure of the tenant upstairs would have been more up-front. That said, still a great, reasonable stay. Thank you!

Great house and location for a family of 4 adult aged people to stay at for a brief weekend visit. Extra parking places were greatly appreciated. And the next door neighbor’s flower garden was beautiful!

The house was very clean and wonderfully decorated. It was perfect for multiple families coming together for graduation and was close enough to downtown area to walk. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful and convenient stay in Johnson City! Loved the house, location and convenience. Really enjoyed walking to get coffee at Open Doors less than a block away then sipping it on the big front porch with mountain views. Host was super helpful and made everything easy. Will stay again!

Beautiful home & even better in person than in pics! This home has so much charm & personality & the attention to detail blew us away. This was the perfect location for our party of 10 & we felt right at home. The location is close to everything & it was very easy to find. We would definitely stay here, again!

We have been going to Brown Co. every fall for decades. Having stayed at various places... some better than others. This year we stayed at the Cornerstone Inn (at Trudie's place), and we found the perfect place for us to go back to for however long we are able to return to Nashville. The accommodations were wonderful and the owners made us feel welcome. It was a fabulous place to stay.

We had a lovely time during our stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. We had 3 adults, 3 teenagers, and a child and everyone was comfortable and had their own space; the kitchen, dining room, and living room were perfect for gathering together. Thanks for the hospitality!

The house was very clean. Older home but renovated great. If the walls could talk I am sure they have some stories. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Fortunately, only my wife and I Stayed at the property. The “tiny house” bathrooms would not have worked at all if we had any Extra people with us.

Perfect sport with a gorgeous rental, comfy beds and 3 bathrooms and showers! Perfect for a family. 5 mins in any direction to anything you could need. Just Perfect.

The house was perfect for our family! Bedrooms were quite comfortable and kitchen had everything to make fixing meals together easy! Our small kids loved all the games! They even said when they come back to visit, this is the place they will try to reserve! Sherry was excellent host!

Absolutely perfect property for my families stay in preparation of our oldest son’s wedding. We absolutely loved all the space that was provided. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked for me to cook rather than eating out for the time we were there! We all enjoyed every night playing cards, reading books, enjoying everything that their home provided. Our morning favorite part was enjoying coffee out on the front porch! We would all absolutely return to this property in a heartbeat! Our host was perfect!! Thank you So very much for taking one less stress off of my plate by making your property easy and enjoyable.

Recently updated and very nice place to stay with a family. Living room and dining room are set up so you can visit very comfortable with a decent amount of people.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is clean, cozy, spacious and attractively decorated. While only a few of us stayed here, it provided a wonderful gathering place for a family Thanksgiving, with sufficient space for everyone to be comfortable. Really helpful to have 3 little bathrooms, too! Great stay!

A great well maintained old house with high ceilings lots of natural light a great front porch and old home charm . And all the new necessities that are needed. Would use again in a heartbeat.
