I loved the condo and would stay in it every year if the elevators weren't so terrible. They stole almost an hour of our vacation every time we used them.

The Cook family has a well kept home that is perfect for a grown family...Except! We read the reviews and were aware of peak elevator times and thought okay, we knew this up front. We arrived on Saturday during check in time and it was as expected, busy. Then Sunday, Monday and the rest of the week, the elevator issue did not change! They skipped floors and did not reconize that the elevator call button had been pressed. You could press them and they would go out! Our son climbed 21 flights of stairs four times during our seven days. Twice with our four month old grandson. On Monday, he said there were tons of people in the stairwells! We saw a couple carrying a luggage cart to their floor in that stairwell. We did however, ride the elevator several times, but never until we called security and asked them to send the elevator to our floor. Then the parking deck elevators...There are two! One of which is broken. It was broken when we got there and still broken when we left. Check in is required at the second level. So you have to get there somehow...Good luck! We parked on the ground floor all week and crossed traffic. We decided on Friday morning to leave that afternoon and avoid the elevators at check out Saturday. I would be remiss not to point out the excellent folks in the restaurant and the beach! They were very pleasant and helpful...That made it a great stay. There are seven elevators, never more than five were working at once. I would inquire before booking again.

Loved it, everything but 3 elevators down, therefore, terrible wait, during peak times. Also, would be preferable if the condos that came with chairs and umbrella to be designated to a specific number. Was not fun, having to get up every morning really early to ensure you got one, in a decent spot, and/or get one at all.

This home was absolutely terrific. The only thing was we couldn't find any extra blankets or pot holders to use during the stay. However the home was clean and bigger than I expected. As a party of 7 I was worried but we all had plenty of room and a table to dine at for all of us. The views were spectacular. Aside from the unit the resort as a whole was in need of elevator maintenance. We were waiting quite often and for 20 plus minutes a time to leave the 21st floor.

This condo (2101 tidewater) was perfect for our family vacation! It is much more spacious than the pictures show which was a nice surprise. The balcony beach sunset views are pure perfection!! The bunk beds (4) were in its own “room” with a bar door closure off of the kitchen. We really loved the large island bar in the kitchen and big table for seating and entertaining. I wish the balconies were big enough for a table, but they did have multiple seating options on the wrap around balcony which had both beach front and pool views.

This condo is beautiful and just as pictured. There is plenty of space and it’s a very comfortable home to stay in. Tidewater itself needs major help. The buildings are run down and the elevators SUCK. Most of the trip half or more of the elevators took turns being broken down. We waited over an hour for an elevator on checkout day. There’s not enough elevators for the activity in this place. The game rooms they advertise are just tiny rooms with a couple arcade games, nothing special. All the basic amenities are there but truly just the basics. Plan to have to grab things like your own salt and pepper. They’ll leave you two dishwasher tabs. It would be nice to have a blanket or two as a throw blanket on the couch although you are a pre-warned before check-in that there will be no blankets. Being at the beach it would be nice if there were some beach towels available at the condo or some basic sand toys as I’m sure guests have left them in the past I know we did but I’m guessing they won’t be there for the next people. Overall, I would stay in another home by this owner in a heartbeat, but never again in Tidewater.

The condo itself was great. It was very clean and accommodating. The elevators is what caused our experience to be terrible. There was numerous times they weren’t operating correctly, out of service or they were at capacity which normally wouldn’t be an issue but waiting for the next elevator took an additional 10-30 minutes. We loved the property but we probably aren’t going to return due to the elevator situation which we learned from the employees and long term guests that it’s been like that for the past couple of years and it’s the new norm.

We had nine people in our group and this rental was perfect. We fit comfortably and were able to split the bathrooms to three to a bathroom. We loved the view from the balcony.
The resort was great. We were a little disappointed when we realized the pool was not heated as it is a little windy and cooler up by the pools. All the hot tubs being serviced and out of order at the time of our stay was also disappointing. The two chairs on the beach was great and we even ended up reserving and paying for a few more each day. The food at the restaurant was good and we liked being able to order from the tiki bar by the pool. The one disappointing thing we had was when we arrived we immediately noticed the twin bunk bed room was not clean. Beds not made, a towel on one of the beds and later we noticed bacon on the wall. Two Vacasa employees knocked on the door within minutes of us arriving to check in and I immediately notified them and showed them. They stated they'd get someone to come. After no one coming for two and a half hours (6:30 pm at this point) we threw everything in the washer ourselves so those staying in the room would for sure have clean sheets.
All in all we had a great time.

We stayed 3 nights and wished we would have booked more. With a family of 10, including 2 toddlers, we had plenty of room. This place is flawless, from the views to the amenities on-site. I could not have asked for a better stay!

This condo is way more spacious than the pictures make it seem. We came for my son’s 16th birthday and brought some friends. Everyone had a bed to sleep on. The bunk room is great! We loved being on the corner so we had a bigger balcony with a great view of the sunset. The kitchen was stocked great for cooking. Very clean when we checked in! I love that the master bedroom had a door to the balcony but also the big picture window with a nice, comfy chair in front of it. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Great seating for a large group between the table and the stools at the counter. Since we came in January we loved that there is an indoor pool and indoor hot tub. The teens loved that we were in walking distance (about half a mile) to Pier Park. The staff around this complex were great! They were very friendly and helpful! Definitely book this condo. It’s on the 21st floor so the views from the balcony are amazing!

Our family had an amazing trip and this unit didn’t disappoint us. The unit was very clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. The view was fabulous, overlooking the beach front. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this unit. Highly recommended.

The property we stayed in meet our expectations and more. It was clean and very spacious. It was nicely decorated and all that we needed. The check-in was easy and smooth. Getting access codes to enter the unit could have gone better. I found myself having to ask for the codes, so this gave me some concern. Overall, a great time was had by all and the property was FANTASTIC.

The condo was spacious and beautiful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to a lot of fun places and easy driving distance to more fun places. Highly recommend this condo for a large group. Panama City Beach, Florida is a beautiful, fun city for the whole family! Seriously! And the weather was perfect! It rains but not for long and each day gave us sunshine to enjoy! This condo is located on the beach and the amenities are awesome! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely do this again! Thank you!

The views were amazing! We were above the fireworks for New Year and with the fog over the Gulf it literally looked like we watched them from heaven! Beautiful unit and property! Can't wait to go back!

We liked the unit but some things need improvement. Better pillows and more of them would be great. The couches are worn and dirty and not very comfortable. The kitchen needs a decent toaster. The ceiling fan in the back bedroom needs replacement and the back room was hot because the a/c is locked where you can’t turn it below 75 and my sister who is pregnant was very hot and uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was nice. View was great. TV’s are a bit complicated to figure out but we managed.

We’ve stayed at Tidewater several times and this by far was the nicest room we’ve stayed in. Super clean, updated, very roomy and comfortable! Decorated super cute! Loved everything about it! View was amazing and loved the way the balcony wrapped around the corner. Will definitely stay there again!

This property was just like the pictures and perfect for our stay with family and friends. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and great seating in the kitchen/living areas. The beach and pool were both easy to get to and very relaxing. We had a great week and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo
Great condo! Beautiful home with plenty of cookware and dishes. Well taken care of condo. We would stay again. Hardly any bedding and the bedding on the master bed was stained and had visible feces on one blanket. Strange there were no throw pillows on the couch. Only negatives I can say about the condo!

Absolutely amazing
This was clean and spacious with beautiful decore and a beach front view. My children could run with no noise disturbance because the building is very solid. Everyone was kind and I did not feel like I had to be quite. I seen wild dolphins, sharks, stingrays, crabs, and collected many seashells daily. It's right near peir Park which was an amazing place to shop and eat. Just 100% amazing.

Beautiful and spacious condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 12. The bunk bed area for the kids worked out nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and feel at home. We were worried about the elevators but it really wasn’t that bad. We never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The check-in & checkout process was simple and quick. The view was incredible; we saw dolphins, a shark, and stingrays. One complaint was towels- we didn’t have enough for our party and we’re told they couldn’t bring more because of Covid protocols. The heads up would have been nice as we only brought some beach towels. It’s just something we could have brought in addition and been prepared. We enjoyed our stay and the layout was spacious and beautifully decorated.
