We loved the convenience and the fact that it was right on the OceanFront. Beautiful views plenty of room for the entire family and from the 22nd floor you can see every part of the Beach! Absolutely Stunning!

It is away from the tourist part of the trip which made it easier to relax. But still had Sharkys and Senor Frogs a short walk away. Right on the beach

Our room was absolutely disgusting. The counter looked like a toddler ate a jelly sandwich, you could still see finger prints. Dirty feet marks on all walls. Something that looked like blood on the back of the door and a curtain. Within one hour of walking barefoot out feet were BLACK. Red microfiber couch had white spots all over that we could only imagine especially in front of a mirrored wall. Mirrors had fingerprints all over them. Housekeeping came up with attitude "What's the problem" and only washed the blood on the back of the door. The elevators. Omg the elevators. Taking two trips down at the end of our stay took almost 2 hours. One elevator was broken the whole time, another broken that day. With 25 floors of people and only one elevator area everyone was aggravated and annoyed. It was like this at check in too. We were given 1 towel per person for our stay, had to wash them daily with laundry detergent we had to purchase. Toilet paper roll wasn't even full so we had to get that too.

Everything was very clean. Pools were great too.

Direct beach access. Close to attractions.

Amenities were not as described. According to posting, there were two pools functioning and ADA access to pools. Several days after booking we received communication that one pool was closed for renovations but one would remain open. After arriving at property, the only access to the pool was through parking garage and up two flights of poorly lighted stairs! Parking garage was very nasty. Had to go back down steps, take elevator to access restrooms. Constant noise from machinery being used on pool surfaces.

Property was nice and the room condo was beautiful and clean

Even though we all had on the arm bands that shows we were guests of the hotel . My family was constantly harassed by the staff . They never caused trouble or bothered anyone but was constantly being followed and asked a millón questions also called my 17year old body building son a crack head. While in the gym or at the pool . I didn't pay nearly $2000 to be treated like we were thugs. They need to treat guests a little kinder. Deal with problems when they become problems not because you see a few mixed young adults do you think they are going to be an issue . There are fees for everything so just collect them and relax. Also there was only 2 smoking sections on the whole place. I'm not an everyday smoker but when I'm on vacation and drinking I enjoy one. To travel from the 22nd floor to the 4th and have to sit in a parking garage to smoke was very inconvenient. But I didn't because we aren't rule breakers . I understand you want to keep it beautiful but I would have never done anything to destroy the property or even pollute the area

The pools were very nice and staff was friendly. Great location on the beach and beautiful views from the balcony.

The location was amazing! Beautiful view! Staff was nice and let us check in 5 hours early! We decided we were having so much fun we booked an extra night!

There were no child locks or deadbolt locks on any of the doors to go out to the balcony or our front door. Traveling with young children this was a major issue for us. The floors were clearly in need of a good cleaning! They had been vacuumed but our feet were black after walking on the carpets. A good shampooing every once in a while would fix that. Again, with young children including a crawler this was a little bit of an issue but we made it work with blankets but still... ew. Furniture was pretty dirty as well. The staff did come take pictures and said they were updating so I feel this issue is already being handled.

loved that it was right on the water and close to everything. having two pools and hot tubs were nice. it wasn’t crowded that way. our room was beautiful.

The only complaint I really have was that our tub would not drain.

The location was fantastic!

Upon arrival there was used shampoo and conditioner bottles, a used bar of soap and a used razor in the shower. Which lead us to believe the shower obviously wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. DISGUSTING!!! The living room and dining room/kitchen furniture was severely stained. We laid blankets over them because they were so dirty we didn’t want to sit straight on them.

The view is beautifull it was very clean and it had everything we needed
