The staff, the location, the breakfast were excellent.
We were a bit less lucky with the room. I the evening there was no hot water - only a lukewarm one (but it was OK in the morning). She shower cabin leaked the water - there is no proper insulation. The table lamp can't be put into the wall socket.

Bed was comfortable, and that's it
We arrived in the middle of the night. Late due to a flight delay and weather conditions, but still, we had a booking and we went for the room, exhausted for a 20+ hour day. We found no one at the reception, and no lights on. With the phone torches we started reading papers behind the desk until we found a reservation for our dates without our name on it but with a room number. We took the key and went there because a night in the car at -10 didn't look as an option. Room was dirty, floor unscooped, and with a dusty baseball hat from a previous guest. We woke up in the desert, no one around, until after 20 minutes of searching, we met a person who told us to go to a nearby restaurant for a horrible breakfast (lowest quality we had in 10+ travels to Turkey). The day after, the restaurant was closed and we had no one to ask for breakfast, so we skipped it. Room was not cleaned until we complained to.Booking and got a series of contrasting answers as on why they didn't clean it. Nonetheless, they insisted to be paid full price despite.not providing services or cleaning. Horrible experience

Nice breakfast, clean rooms, restaurant was always available. Service was polite but not very personal, but that may be due to language/cultural barrier. Village in driving distance.
Food in restaurant kind of pricey
Not a lot to do besides walking around if you don't have a car (but that isn't the hotels's fault)

The staff was very nice, especially since we arrived very late. They helped us with a late dinner, much appreciated.
The location is nice, very clean and new and conveniently close to the border.
The GPS coordinates are not very accurate, so we got lost when following the itinerary on Google maps. We then followed the road signs and found the location, so all good.
Also, no biggie, but it would have been better to have a mobile shower that one can use instead of the top fixed one. Again, no biggie, but maybe it helps to have this mentioned.

The breakfast was rich and tasty. We visit the hotel for second time and location is very convenient. Also they breed fish. Don't miss the fried fish at the restaurant.

Hotel/ room is very clean and elegant. Very nice views around hotel. Restaurant nearby. 2 min from the main road towards Istanbul.

I loved the fact that Orcun and his family have thought about every last thing that a guest might want. Thed food is great in their excellent restaurant. Nice local cheeses, jams and honey
