Windows could be cleaner. Otherwise it was fine.

Smell of stale smoke in room and noisy due to lack of sound proofing.

The facilities were very basic, but Austin at check in was great, as was the location, which I guess is why such an underequiped room could cost so much. Our King suite really could have used an end table on each side of the rather rickety bed, and a real table from which to work or eat.

The water temperature in the shower would fluctuate from hot to cold! It would be nice if that could be fixed. Pillows were too stout for me.

The facilities are basic but clean and well maintained. The only problem we had with the hot water was quickly resolved. We will stay here again.

Near a walking trail that leads directly to downtown.

The room was unclean! I had to call and ask for new bedding as they sheets and comforter were obviously dirty. Dust and hair was noticeable on the dresser and floor. YUCK!

Pros of this location-Close to downtown and restaurants. Love that there were paper towels in the room. Loved having 2 extra pillows. Thank you for having an extra box of kleenex under the sink, really appreciate that! The person who checked us in was super friendly.

The number thing that brought this place down was the noise...people above us checked in/came back at *2AM*, proceeded to walk back and forth on the uncarpeted floor in what appeared to be heavy shoes for about 4 hours. Let their dog run around. They took a shower at about 230 and it was not lovely to hear water running down the pipes behind your head while you are trying to sleep. Why is the 2nd floor not carpeted with the best pad? Also the heater worked fairly well, but was LOUD, even on low. The fridge made a weird noise every time it cycled on. This place would be awesome with some soundproofing. Also the bedding seemed more like summer bedding, than winter.
