Nothing it was horrible experience

The staff advised me of using drugs which was completely untrue staff threatened my guest staff mocked my guest when asked for a receipt of my check out it was in correct they stole 233.00 from me.

Breakfast was no longer being served due to covid

The attentiveness of the staff was lacking from the front desk through management. We needed to change the dates of our stay and contacted the facility twice before check in as my mothers hospital stay days had changed. We checked out 3 days early as discussed twice on this Olay form and again at check in and the facility did not provide a receipt upon check out stating to provide my email to receive the receipt. Three days later, still No receipt, I went back into red lion and spoke with the front desk person and they couldn’t find record of the stay to provide a receipt. I asked for management they were in a meeting, so I was provided with managements email and sent the request again to receive a receipt. I have to date not received a receipt or any correspondence with management. It was difficult getting any assistance at the facility as it seemed the staff were new and untrained.

I had forgotten I had stayed here before a few years ago

$100 room deposit which is not mentioned on Booking.com and no breakfast though advertised otherwise on Booking.com - also no coffee maker in room and no bath mat

The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The room smelled like strange cleaning supplies. Beds had some stains.

The beds were very, very comfortable and the pillows were so soft. The place is very clean!!!

There wasn’t really anything I liked about the property. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out to my vehicle in the morning and it didn’t get broken into.

The lobby smelled like marijuana. There was a homeless person with some sort of a rolling cart with a dog in it sitting near the front door when I checked in. Oh wait, nope that’s the front desk clerk! She rolled her dog into the lobby and asked for my credit card and photo ID. I felt uncomfortable giving this person my drivers license which she made a copy of.

The staff was very friendly. Room was big and had a jet stream tub which felt good after a long day.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. Coffee was served in the hallway and was mostly out and no creamer sugar or sticks

The suite has a good decent size. Nothing else

This hotel has a serious housekeeping hotel. The sheets are stained, you could see they were dirty and hadn't been washed. The bathroom was nasty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and the smell was horrendous.

The staff was amazing super friendly and super helpful to the best of what they could the front desk lady was such an amazing person to talk to. I was staying while my mother passes away at the local hospital and this front desk girl was absolutely caring and empathetic .

One of the beds in the room was broke. Literally broke broke. My sister had to sleep in the same bed with me instead of her own because when she laid down on hers the bed would slant at an angle that made the head of the bed about 4 inches downward from your feet. The frame was broke.

Absolutely nothing This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, from the smell of smoke and pot in the hallway, to the sound of people running down the hallways all night, to them billing the wrong card, to the mold in the bathroom, to the used complimentary soaps and lotions. Everything was atrocious.

Everything is horrendous. There is not a single redeeming factor about this property
