Near the city, Nice ambiance clean

The excellent service especially the hospitality of all staff starting from the guard, janitor and the receptionist. They do smile as soon as the guests enter the place. Safety of the place is also commendable. may you keep up the good work! Also, I thank for some instance during my stay, I left something valuable and able to go back after a week due to inclement weather, Miss Diane is very patient enough to entertain my concern though I was not in the vicinity anymore until I successfully retrieved what I have forgotten in my room. Honesty, integrity, patience and hospitality of this hotel is undeniably excellent! you’ve earned our trust! Ms. Diane, thank you so much! We hope that there would be more receptionists like you still exist in Iloilo City. God bless!

The location is good for nightlife. Good Internet connection. The bathroom is superb.

A bit far from convenient stores but it's fun to walk around and explore the location.

The unit is untidy, there is problem with the sink of the bathroom. I didn’t smell fresh especially in the bathroom..

Location, close to everything, specially smallville, cozy unit, clean, has everything you need, even had rice ! loving the amount of appliances provided. Hopefully the washing machine is repaired tho. Pool is nice, although you have to get out of the building to get there, but it is ok. Host is very active, even you don't meet him/her in person, very fast responding. Big plus the free Netflix. For my stay, for example, it was not really a vacation, me and my wife ( and our kid ) were staying near Medicus Medical Center for my mother's operation, so we spent a lot of time in the apartment. Definitely will book again for any purpose in the future.

Before saying anything here, I want to state that it is not a "what I did not like", it is more what can be improved. -Aircon a bit noisy, but you can sleep anyways. -Bed a bit small for a couple ( but I have to say that I am quite big person so this is really a personal opinion).
