The location is great. Great view from the balcony of the gulf and sound.

Light on stairway was out. Very dangerous at night. Room was run down and needed maintenance on many things. The outside of the condos were very rundown and appeared damaged siding and paint was old.

Everything was exceptional

Finding specific villa not a big issue Could be moresignage to direct to L5

Very close to the beach! Had station to rinse off before going back inside. Very quiet and secluded property.

Condo was a little too small even though it slept 6, 4 would’ve been better suited just because the kitchen and living room were small. Linens were provided but again 4 towels for 6 people didn’t quite work. Thankfully a member of staff noticed while fixing the sink that leaked and brought us some more.

In the apartment above, I do not know what kind of people stayed since two continuous nights they were jumping and running with such force that it was noisy and they did not let sleep at two o'clock in the morning.

Okay location. Beds are cofmy

Felt dirty, was dirty. Unorganized stains broken chairs. Pictures upside-down not a good stay

Condo had all needed accessories. Good hot water Location, beach and pool were good . Price was relatively reasonable considering location and time of year. Take care of the above and unit would be much better with a little tlc

Carpet was filthy and air vents were filthy .one of us had allergy symptoms while in unit but cleared up when we would go out..had to wear your shoes in unit or feet would get filthy. Needs a new sofa. Sofa is crap and very uncomfortable. Toilet runs. Hallway door off hinge. Living room TV didn't have a volume control with remote, had to physically find volume button on TV to adjust.

The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The lake view from the balcony was beautiful. Quiet. Beach access was 1 minute away.

The unit was not easy to identify at at all. When we finally found it (had to call vacasa to help us find it) the parking and the entrance were under almost a foot of water from the lake next to it. We had to wade through the water to get into the unit.
