Great view. I loved sitting on the massive porch and enjoying the nice breeze. Kitchen was well equipped and property was extremely clean. Very spacious and welcoming. Lovely hosts and neighbors as well.
I wish the property was equipped with a TV. There was no TV in living room or in bedrooms.
I also didn't like to park on a different level from apartment and walk up the hill since I was also carrying a baby. Parking closer to entry would have been nice.

Large open space with a great view of the cruise ships coming in daily. The place has a large balcony with hammocks to enjoy the cold ocean breeze and scenery.
Parking space is lacking a bit, but the property is a short walk to the city centre and the beach that you don’t really need a car if you want to just explore the area near by.

Emmerika went out of her way to make it easy for us. She contacted me by phone , met me in the centre of town and drove me to the proerty

clean, great location (especially if you have to go to the cruise terminal!), hammocks on the balcony!

Exceptionally clean and well furnished large two bedroom unit. Very friendly host that coordinated with us through the booking.com message system to help us find the unit. Wonderful large porch overlooking the cruise ships with hammocks and an outdoor table.. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more comfortable place to stay in Sint Maarten.
It was slightly hard to find, but the host was there to meet us and very responsive to our messaging.

Our hosts, Emmerika and Miguel, were wonderful and very accommodating. They went the extra mile for us making sure we were welcome and comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The location and noise during the day right next to loading docks, but we did not know we were only a mile from beach and a lot to do by water.
