Our family came to Yakima to celebrate my mom’s 100th birthday. The house was just perfect and the host made every effort to accommodate our needs. Best supplied home we have ever stayed in. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from the home I grew up in and close to all those old friends to stop by and honor my mom.

This is such a nice little, clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. There were four of us and a little spoiled dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. We really appreciated the little, thoughtful touches like the USB cords, a simple door code, a nice, big coffee maker, ice maker, luggage racks, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor furniture. We weren't disappointed by anything. Very nice!

Home was exactly as described. Very comfortable and convenient for a long weekend. Host was friendly, communicative and helpful. This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel while in town for a basketball tournament and we really enjoyed visiting Yakima!

We stayed for about a week and this place was very nice. Clean, great amenities. Quiet street and nicely located to restaurants and local stores. The property is well kept.
The only disappointment is the main TV is only for streaming services - not live TV which for some is not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have in the evening.

The problem was not the house it is the fact I am not use to being in a neighborhood. So it seemed noisy to me. The house was nice. The only problem was that the smoke detector would go off when we cooked even making toast. I think the smoke detector is a bit close to the kitchen stove. It goes off after a bit.

We were in town for a couple days for a memorial. We decided to get a VRBO instead of booking a hotel room and we’re sure glad we did. This house was absolutely perfect. Great location near a grocery store and plenty of places to eat. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was immaculate and had everything to make our stay very comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy and communication with the owner was fantastic. We will definitely be booking this property for future visits to Yakima.

Happy Stay at Psalm Springs
My friends and I had a lovely stay at Psalm Springs. The house, including all furnishings, is comfortable and homey. Everything we could need was at our fingertips. The neighborhood is quiet and well tended, and minutes from everywhere we needed to go. Communications with host Autumn were great. We hope to return next year!

Well-Stocked Home with Everything Needed
Stayed at this home while visiting my brother and his family in Moxee. This home is perfect for a single traveler or small family! I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have never seen a kitchen so well-stocked! While I didn’t do a lot of cooking, everything you could think of was right there. Had a small issue with access code and I could not believe how fast I was called and the issue corrected. Great house in a mature neighborhood! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The home was just as described, was easy to find and conveniently located. We were here less than 12 hours-just a spot to sleep, shower and eat breakfast, but it was perfect! Comfy beds, beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water with showers and easy check in/check out. Thanks so much for the use of your house!

The best find in all of Yakima!
I was looking for a beautiful, clean place to stay with a bridal party for a wedding in the area - and this home had everything! Clean sheets, full furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom and even had that clean hotel room smell and feel. It just felt clean!! (Plus, they have professional cleaners!)
The hosts were also very communicative and even were willing to work with us on receiving items that were left behind. I would definitely stay here again, it would be hard to find anything better in Yakima.

Great Family Getaway.
We had a Family Reunion to attend in Yakima and needed an option with a bit more room as we had our dog with us. She loved running around in the backyard playing fetch and enjoying the yard with our girls. The communication with the host was great. Speedy responses and very open and welcoming in all communications. The place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to main roads to get out and adventure. Highly recommend this place if you want a home away from home rather than just a hotel room.

This house was very clean and in excellent condition. I highly recommend it. It was close to all of the hikes we wanted to do. The partially fenced backyard was great for our dog. Communication with the property manager was also excellent.
