(Altre foto a venire, Ristrutturazioni in corso) La nostra casa ristrutturata si trova in una posizione perfetta, una base di partenza per il roaming di tutti i siti e scenari notevoli della regione di Pikes Peak. Situato nel tranquillo quartiere tra Downtown e Old Colorado City, tutto è vicino. Old Colorado City fonde il suo carattere storico con boutique moderne, ristoranti premiati e gallerie d'arte locali. Avventurarsi in centro, al Broadmoor, al Giardino degli dei o alle montagne è molto facile da fare.

Goditi l'area salotto aggiuntiva o unisciti al divertimento. Questo spazio sul retro è il luogo perfetto per iniziare la giornata, godersi la giornata o rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare. Con oltre 300 giorni di sole in Colorado, il cortile è uno spazio divertente bonus che tutti potranno godere tutto l'anno!
La casa è completamente aggiornata pensando al tuo soggiorno. Due delle camere sono dotate di TV, una su e una su. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori per il rumore bianco, tappi per le orecchie per bloccare il russare dei tuoi partner e il materasso più comodo su cui abbiamo mai dormito. Al piano superiore ci sono due bagni, tra cui un grande bagno bellissimo nel master. Le stelle del ribasso hanno due camere da letto, un bagno e una sala da teatro davvero divertente. Questa casa non ti deluderà, potremmo passare ore a scrivere di tutti i servizi di questo posto, ma pensiamo che dovresti venire a vederlo da solo.
Il cortile è recintato ed è un'area perfetta per far giocare i bambini senza la necessità di una supervisione costante.

We stayed with our kids and grandkids for a wedding at the Pinery, which was just minutes away. The house is also conveniently located to downtown and attractions such as Garden of the Gods. So many amenities which unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy - home theater, hot tub, bikes, basketball, awesome yard. The video game console was a big hit!

Great place to stay. The hit of our stay was the theater and game room. Central location for our site seeing activities. Only regret was we did not have enough time to use all the extra features the house offered. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

House was a great layout for our 2 families of various ages with a perfect area for the kids in the basement. They enjoyed the theatre room and hot tub. Kitchen had all we needed for our small meals.

We were really happy with our stay here. Location wise it seems it was "15 min from everything!" which made getting around to all the activites we wanted to do and pop back to the house for lunch or clothing changes for our mixed group pretty nice.
Amenites wise the house was a great place to relax at the end of the day, the outdoor spaces were fantastic both covered tables and uncovered seating we enjoyed gathering as a family to rest after a day of playing tourist.
The house was clean and everything worked as expected. Emele was easy to contact and work with.
When we come back in a year or so we will look to see if this property is available again.

We are two families with kids (6,13,15,& 16). The outdoor area was a hit with the adults & the kids loved the theater & arcade games. The home was very clean & had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is great-close to all attractions.

The accommodations were perfect for our girls weekend! We didn’t even have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities but the space was perfect for enjoying time together. We only had trouble with regulating the temperature with the thermostat - seemed drastically different between upstairs and downstairs.

Such a nice place to stay with plenty of amenities. Memory foam beds thoroughout. Indoor theatre, gaming, hot tub, yard games, towels, robes, TVs in most bedrooms and comfortable sheets!
Improvements can be made to the curtains near hot tub. It was so windy while we stayed, the curtains kept blowing into hot tub and knocking over the cover lock. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the surround sound in the theatre?
Toilet paper thin, but understandable for those who use too much. I appreciate the homemade soap but some didn't suds up well. It's time to replace the sectional.
I would still stay here again!

The home was as advertised, plenty of space for all of us (3 adults, 3 kids). The primary bathroom was a very nice surprise, and we loved spending time in the hot tub and outdoor patio area! Everything worked, and hosts were accommodating with all of our needs. We would love to come back again!

We booked this home because we were in Co Springs for our dad to be honored at the fallen firefighter memorial—and I must say the owner/manager treated us with compassion and made sure our stay was comfortable and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, house was stocked with the necessities, and most importantly, it was a beautiful home with great outdoor space where we were able to be comfortable and make memories as a family. We would definitely stay again.

We r njoyed the property, it was spacious and perfect for everything we wanted to do! The outdoor space was my favorite, hanging out in the hot tub and just and sitting by the fire was very relaxing. This house was literally close to the nightlife and touristy stuff we wanted to do :)

I gave 5 stars because we truly enjoyed our stay.
I would suggest some minor maintenance to the stair railing and cracks in the ceiling. There was also several light bulbs out. The lights on the patio didn't work keeping us from utilizing the patio for dinning after dark. We probably should have called but we were too busy having fun. All is well.

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Deer walked across the property. The house was perfect for our family of 9 and there was plenty of entertainment from the media room, arcade game, board games, outdoor games and the hot tub. We loved the central location to all the places we visited. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again if we came back to this area.

We spent 3 nights here during our Colorado Family road-trip and the beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the hot tub, arcade games, indoor movie theater and adorable back yard! We appreciated the close proximity to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods! We ran into a few minor fixer-upper quirks with the house, but overall, we were extremely pleased with our accommodations at this house!

College graduation, two families stayed. Nice place, a little off the beaten path but close enough to downtown and Colorado College. Nice sheets and excellent mattresses. Nice bathrooms. The jacuzzi was…a jacuzzi. The lower level was a bit cool with the ac but they had blankets (and we stayed upstairs). Very communicative host which was great. All in all, nice place, would stay there again.

Our immediate family gathered to celebrate Christmas and take a trip to the North Pole. We were delighted, upon first entering, to see that the property was exactly how it had been presented. Very clean and open space, with plenty of places for fun activities. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and felt very welcoming. The home theater and hot tub were the most popular....so much room in the hot tub for everyone! We had a great time, with 3 kids and 6 adults. A good supply of towels came in handy with all the trips to the hot tub, and there were great games to play. Great place!

Overall the house was in close proximity to Old Colorado Springs, downtown, Garden of the gods, and Manitou Springs. The kids loved the amenities; hot tub, movie room, outdoor games, and video games. The neighborhood was not the most desirable. I guess you could call it an up and coming area with both well maintained houses and vacant or dilapidated houses. All being said I would stay again but think future guests should be aware. The management was attentive and quick to remedy a small issue we had (just needed a set of sheets for a sofa bed).

I don’t want to be responsible for items that were missing or broken prior to our arrival.
Garbage found in hide a bed, no big deal. Kids found beer can in window and two bottles of alcohol outside by garage. No big deal, we cleaned it up. Love seat in living room arm is broken. We purchased grill lighter and ball bump and left for next guests to use. Your home was perfect for our diverse kids ages and adults. We were never bored. Thank you. I am I. The travel industry and we’ll recommend your home.

Colorado Sparkler Getaway
We took our family up for an extended stay which was perfect! Centrally located to softball fields, shopping and restaurants. The upstairs was the perfect handout for the adults and the downstairs was perfect for the children. Plenty of room, games, movie room and extra beds.
Place is as pictured with all the amenities you need! We forgot our lawn chairs and wagon so hope future guests can get use out of them! Will definitely book again!

Marvelous, simply marvelous. The property was everything expected. The neighborhood is friendly, and so is the host. And very responsive. The home is close to many hiking trails and other attractions, but had a plethora of activities for us to enjoy inside as well. Would certainly book again!
