Nothing to like about

The cleanliness was absolutely not good. And the mosquitoes were all around the room which is very much bad.

Rooms are spacious but not clean enough.

The bathroom is terrible, the water is not clean and it was also not available for sometime during our stay.

The Staff were incredibly rude and hardly spoke any English. The rooms had hair all over the floor as if they were never cleaned. I left 1day early. The pictures are a lie and not at all what was real.

Hotel West inn is close to the Mumbai airport Location of hotel is very good. Neat and clean. Service is very prompt. Enjoyed stay. Nice location, good atmosphere , room service is fast and prompt. Cooperative staff with gentle behavior.
