The location was great. Parking was generous. Beds were very comfortable. The guards at the gate were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of space for all of us to hang out. Generous amount of dishes and silverware.

Our vehicle information was not sent to the guard at the gate before our arrival which caused delays in us getting to the unit. Had to call the 800 # to request our information be sent. Not sure if it ever arrived. The keyless entry worked a couple of times then would not accept codes. Ended up having to call the 800 # and had to use the key from the lock box for the rest of our stay. Couldn't get the lock box to open to return the key. Had to call the 800 # again to find out what to do. Kitchen was small and lacked pots and pans. A house number would have have really helped too. Outside, wicker chairs had no cushions which made them uncomfortable to sit in. Shower curtains in downstairs bathrooms were not adequate to keep water from getting outside the tub/shower. Full bath on main floor had shower head that needs a better seal so water doesn't spray all over.

The facility was spacious and accommodated my guests and myself. The floors and surfaces were clean.There were plenty of bathrooms with clean towels.

We had no WiFi, the oven only worked on broil, and there was hair (possibly pet hair) on some of the bedding in some rooms. One of the mattresses had dried blood stains.Because the Wi-Fi did not work, None of the TV’s were worked in the bedrooms.

Very spacious home with large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Everybody loved the pool table and hot tub. Located in a nice gated neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The house is nice, that’s the only good thing about it.

We arrived at our check in time and was told they were still cleaning, we weren’t allowed to go in until an hour and a half later. they offered to pay for our dinner $25 per person but we had brought a lot of food I asked to be compensated instead, they agreed but 2 weeks later and never got anything. Unprofessional wouldn’t recommend.

Location, the view is beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us.

Towels really old, dishes dirty, and there wasn’t blanket for all beds.
