Started off a little rocky. Previous renters left a mrss for the cleaning crew. Our check in was late because of that. But we were given a gift certificate for a local restaurant to make up for the inconvenience. Air conditioning issues on the top floor, but again they were quickly taken care of. Overall we recommend this house. We were treated wonderfully. They were quick to fix any issues.

Beach house was wonderful! Very clean and had everything we needed. Sits right on the beach! Very short walk to the water. Which is great if you have a lot of kids sand toys to take down to the beach lol. We hope to be back to Pineapple Paradise!

Our kids love the pool. Mattresses on beds are firm and not worn out. One suggestion is a curtain or room divider to make a temporary “door” for the area on the 3rd floor. We have kids that sleep there and it give a little privacy.

We had a wonderful week at Pineapple Paradise! The house is beautiful. Having 7 full bathrooms is a plus. The 3 floors of stairs is great exercise! The view is spectacular! Just being steps from the beach made it so easy to run back to the house. Great house and location for anyone looking for a little bit of paradise!!

The property was roomy, beautiful, clean and well appointed. Our age range was 2-67. Everyone enjoyed the beach immensely. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. It was located close to stores and restaurants. We took a day trip to Naval museum in Pensacola (very nice & free of charge). We took advantage of the 2 washer & dryer sets. Would recommend this property highly!

Enough room for us all. Beautiful house and convenient location to restaurants and grocery store. Loved being right on the beach. Perfect for us with little ones who can’t walk too far. Loved that beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Only thing I would recommend are new mattresses soon for the trundle bed and pull out mattress. And also maybe more kitchen towels, trash service for large groups, and cooking sheets. Amazing place and we loved every minute.

This house was a perfect fit for our whole family! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed our entire stay! Highly recommend this property!

So quiet and peaceful! And the VIEW!!! Amazing! The stairs were very challenging for the seniors in our family. We knew this ahead of time though so we did our best to prepare for it. Really, everything we needed to enjoy our family time. Would highly recommend!

Our family LOVED this property! My parents along with my brother and our families went. 6 adults, 3 kids. More room than necessary for us, but it was perfect. The pictures are 100% accurate & the perks are countless. The location was perfect: easy beach access, quick car ride to attractions & the views were breath taking. The property managers were extremely helpful with great communication. The house was more than well stocked! Kitchen has all kinds of silverware, glassware, bakeware & serving ware. A crockpot, blender, toaster & the all important coffee maker & kuerig. Just bring spices & food! There were many pool & beach toys. Parents of littles: there was a baby gate when we were there but I recommend bringing 1-2 if you think about it, the stairs are open & wider than the standard baby gate. There are a lot of stairs, but it wasn’t an issue for us. the levels were really nice to give everyone a little more privacy. If you’re there in the off season, pay for the heated pool! It was like a bathtub!

We really enjoyed the open main floor (kitchen/living), and loved that we didn't have to walk up/down a big dune to get to the water. 5 stars across the board... but one small critique is that the house WIFI signal was poor on the 2nd floor. We had not been able to take a family vacation for nearly 11 years with all four kids and their significant others. Our group included 9 adults. The house was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of space for all of us. We didn't feel like we were living on top of eachother at all. The pool was larger than we expected and the perfect refuge after a day soaking up the sun on the beach which was about a minute walk from the back of the house. We didn't have to lug sandwiches or a bunch of beach accessories with us. If we wanted something, we'd just walk up to the house and grab it. The hammocks were the perfect place to read a book, watch the water, listen to the ocean waves and/or just take nape. We were close to the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Gulf Shores, but far enough away that we could bypass that if we wanted to. It was quiet and peaceful. We abosultely loved the area. I can't recommend Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals enough. They were so quick in responding to any questions I had via email or text. The property was exactly as shown. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. for all of us. Even when our entire group was hanging out in the living room/kitchen area, it still didn't feel cramped thanks to the huge sectional and three recliners (one of which is a massage chair!!). The dining table had seating for all of us for family dinners when we ate inside which wasn't that often really since the shaded patio area had a huge picnic table. The kids played pool volleyball and had a great time. There were plenty of water toys and sandcastle making tools already at the house so we didn't have to purchase those things. We worked with Beach Moms and they took care of delivering and putting away our groceries and booking beach chairs, umberellas, coolers, and tables for our entire group. They also coordinated a family photo session with Lori Sporacio, who came to the house and captured some amazing shots right on the beach of our family. I cannot say enough about this property. We absolutely LOVED it and highly recommmend it to anyone looking for a beachside vacation that is as busy or as laid back as you want to make it. Beautiful home, beautiful beach and lasting memories for our family.

We had 8 adults and 6 children under the age of 6 on our week long trip to Pineapple Paradise. The house is exactly as described in the listing and was more than enough space to hold all of us without feeling crowded. The pool under the house was perfect for our young kids and the location directly on the beach was beyond ideal! We thought the fridge wasn't working at one point (it was working, we just had it open for too long) and the maintenance team was out very quickly. Any of our texts to the property management team were also answered within 10 minutes. Highly recommend! We would absolutely stay here again.

Our AC went out the first night we stayed there but Tracy was quick to answer our call and send someone out to look it over. The next morning it was fixed. The only thing I would like to see is a phone number you can call where someone will actually answer. Prior to our stay and throughout our stay I would have to call multiple multiple times for someone to answer. That is very frustrating.
