Noisy traffic - window of room could not latch properly so was disturbed by traffic all night. Toilet of the same room could not flush, So we had to share toilets. One other room had smell of sewer in the toilet. 3 roaches were running around when we checked in . No soap was provided for hand washing. Wont stay again.

None. The host cancelled our booking on the day we arrived at the accommodation. So not recommended.
The host cancelled our booking when we have arrived at the property. It was at night time at around 8 PM. We were at the security office who advised us to contact this property management. We have 3 very tired kids and we were in panic to find another accommodation. The host did not really reply to Whatsapp queries which is their only means of communication and then they just cancelled our booking that night. You can imagine if you have gone through this nightmare. Late at night, with kids, very tired, in another country etc. The host then replied in the morning that they did not receive the booking from booking.com. Very strange. we could see they still reply/approve to our late check in request through booking.com. I have all the whatsapp communication with the host if booking.com is interested.

All are no good. Made payment and confirmed with all the details but when contacted the apartment they said no booking. Weird. The apartment owner was also not polite when texting and not helpful with the booking issue.

Check in was smooth. House was very comfortable with great view...Very clean.. Infinity Swimming pool superb !! Host and team very friendly and understanding. Great experience.. will definitely book again in future. Deposit is also return the next day after check out. Recommended.

Irresponsible Host, Unsanitary and disgusting room conditions, Furred up unchanged bedsheets, stains on floors and walls around the room. And really just and overall discouragement to apply for this hosts accommodation, Link to my full review here.

. Left something n was asked to collect at another place . Went to place to collect it but no one was there . Call them n nobody answer

I have to give it to the staff. Exceptional handling. They expressed concern, empathy and openness. Communications were prompt and specific. Queries were attended with politeness. A bunch of people you can rest assured to trust.
Aesthetics were highlighted on a personal level. Staff were prompt in attending to it for future guest. Keep it up guys.

- Super convenient from City Square Mall, easy to locate room location.
- Host reply quickly once connected with him on messenger.
- Initially worried as review is not so good but after staying for 2 nights the room feels like home and in general feels super comfortable.
- Room has some dust on the ceiling.
- Jacuzzi is abit dirty but after a few rinse it’s fine.
- Need to bring own soap and toothbrush.

communication hassled during check in, TV not working( reported but no action taken, asking me to do own setting) some power point not functioned, shampoo/bath shampoo not refilled, swimming pool no security/monitored some group of indian guy eating at the pool and wear jeans swimming… tiles pop up at common corridor..dangerous to kids when running /walking..

Its good that 2 mattresses were provided for our convenience.
- It is a 4 bedroom Apartment. 1 Room was bare with no furniture.
- There were 4 Toilets but we unable to use 3 of the toilets, 1 toilet with water supply, the other toilet with non-functional Water heater and the main (at Dining) toilet were under repair.
- All of us can only use 1 toilet in the Master Room (Bath Tub). Even so, the piping hose were leaking.

It's definitely recommended for those who wants to have a short trip! It's nearby to everywhere though. Nice view, nice place!

Well, maybe about the deposit thingy. The thing is we are expected to deposit a sum of money immediately before checking in. But when checking out time, it can took like a few hours for our deposit to be refunded.

WiFi network is kinda weak, not an issue if you have their local SIM card.
