Lovely little house, really well presented, hot tub on roof terrace lovely added bonus and very private. All towels and bedding provided and very clean. Robes were a great touch as well. Lots to do in the area within walking distance.

The only thing it was missing were teabags/ coffee and milk on arrival .. not essential but the first time we've come across it not being available so we were not prepared. Wouldn't stop us returning though. The check in instructions were slightly out of date but not a major issue.

the whole place was amazing

Beautiful sweet flat. Warm luxury jacuzzi in balcony with gorgeous night lighting and privacy because owner made special fence to avoid people looking in. beach is just across the road, one minute walk if not less. flat is gorgeously decorated and Paul is easy person to contact relating any questions on property. property has all cooking tools that we didn't use at time but may be useful for others.

No wall clock or any sign of time in the property.

The property was so cute! an absolute hidden gem! Everything you need, all appliances including washing machine and dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated and very clean. Added bonus is the hot tub which is amazing after a day exploring, towels and robes supplied also. TV with streaming services, lots of lovely finishing touches. Perfectly situated for exploring harwich quay. two minute walk to the water in either direction, a minute from the station, and a few minutes in the car from Dovercourt.

We cannot fault the property

Beautiful quiet secluded little place, really lovely house. Great furnishings. The owner kept in contact and would have attended to any needs if we had any. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Even the Fish and Chip shop over road was great. Harwich is a lovely sedate area with plenty of history and pubs.

The area

size of the hot tub & the Netflix and Amazon account on the tv & it was very cosy

Paul was great very accommodating with additional extras in the bathroom.

Location was fine - potential to be noisy but as it was set back behind other buildings we were not troubled by traffic noise. It was great to be able to take our dog with us and he settled quickly. A minor problem with the induction hob was dealt with very quickly by the landlord who was very pleasant. I see Section 4 mentions Felixstowe South Beach when it should talk about Harwich beach which is only approx. 200 yards away and we did visit it.

The bed was quite hard but that is a matter of personal taste so not too unhappy about it. A matter of concern was the bannister at the top of the stairs - it was quite wobbly and as my husband is not too steady on his feet it had the potential to cause an accident.

Good location, really nice touches with prosecco, hot tub was lovely. Good options on tv had Netflix which was good. Owner was absolutely lovely very friendly & helpful. Had a nice little pub down the road, fish & chip shop opposite. Further down the road you have more shops, Brewers & Maccy d’s. The other side there was a little high street.

As soon as we walked in the door the smell of dog hit us in the face. It was a very strong smell. We didnt realise this was dog friendly really put us off. Side tables were all sticky could do with a good clean. Cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly. Fridge & freezer werent clean long black hair in the freezer. Bathroom flooded very quickly wasnt great.

Ideal location and spotlessly clean. TV and all facilities you might need are provided. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was the cherry on the cake. Thank you for an amazing few days away.

A tad more hanging space for clothes and a waste bin in the bedroom would be nice.

The accommodation was great, lovely decor, everything we needed, fantastic hot tub on the terrace which was a great spot for sunbathing. Bottle of Prosecco left for us in the fridge was a lovely touch. Pubs and restaurants all within a short walk and enjoyed a full English at the cafe on the pier just a 5 minute walk. It was just want we wanted for a weekend away and will definitely book again.

What didn’t I like? Having to leave, that’s it.

It was very clean and tidy and a good area with Takeaways and shops nearby. The property felt very homely will definitely be booking again. Did I mention the hot tub is amazing and definitely worth while.

We found there was nothing wrong with the property.

A beautiful property the owners have put alot of effort into every aspect of it. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. A bottle of prosecco, ice bucket and 2 glasses with the welcome notes and how to use the facilities were a lovely surprise. Atmospheric lighting and really cosy comfortable feel. The property had everything you could want clean large towels , milk, tea, sugur and all the cooking equipment you could ever need. Blanket on the sofa and use of Netflix was wonderful. The roof top garden was well equipped with Garden furniture and Hot Tub which was well maintained again mood lighting and we enjoyed a romantic dip in the hot tub with cocktails and a lovely view of the stars. The only one thing that could be improved was the bed. It was spotlessly clean and warm but the mattress wasn't very comfortable and the bed abit creaky. But this is the only criticism everything else was 100 percent perfection. The location was great close to shops and supermarket. And a lovely chippy across the road. We will definitely return and would recommend to friends and family for a lovely cosy break a lovely place to take you away from everyday stresses of everyday life.
