Located close to intrastate.

Room was not clean. Bathroom floor have not been swept or mopped. We found full size pretzel between the bed and nightstand.

The check-in was quick and easy The gentleman at the front desk was polite and professional 👌

On the evening of my stay, I had to retrieve something from my vehicle. The lady at the front desk said some unflattering things to me in reference to my return access to the hotel, she stated I would not be able to gain access by the front door but would have to enter another door, upon my return a gentleman was entering through the front door without incident from the clerk I followed suit, the clerk appeared to have a nasty voice and disposition towards me for no apparent reason.

My stay was all that I expected an more, cleanliness was on point Breakfast was good. Front desk customers service on point. Enjoy my room slept comfortably. Hope to visit again. Thank thank thank

After church I wasn"t able to come in thru the lobby had to walk to side entrance.Ehich I didn't feel comfortable doing this.But overall everything else was good

We stayed there on three occasions. Each time was the same; no surprises. Just what we needed.

Convenient location for the purposes of my trip and to I-95. Ten minutes from downtown and fine dining. Comfortable and clean. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, but small and basic. The pool was broken — They are waiting for a part.

I stayed five days, I didn't like how they only clean the room every three days. I think it should be everyday. I would have left tips for the house keeper if it was everyday.

Breakfast was good.

Table in breakfast area had jelly on the table edge which got on the tee shirt. (Grape?) It was purple. Handicap accessible room, all sorts of accommodations in the bathroom, but still had a tub to step in instead of walk in shower.

Thin walls— very noisy at night. Room carpet ( surprised still carpet and not flooring ) dirty- looks like it was not vacuumed!!

Clean and beds were comfy. Also liked that there was a mirror outside of the bathroom so multiple people could get ready.

Front desk staff was not friendly

Clean, quiet, unfussy, with a Euro-chic minimalistic vibe. Beds were super comfortable, walk-in shower was really nice. Pet friendly and decent breakfast included. Very reasonably priced.

Room could use a sitting area w/table and chair(s) but there was no space for that.

Food was not hot, especially potatoes.

Bathtub was slippery needed to pit down towel on floor

It is a modern building clean and fresh

While i think they are trying to maintain the new facility it shows telltale signs of wear which should not be be there. Like malfunctioning shower door and water spots all over ( should have been wiped down)

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés après 12:00h de route, ils n’avaient pas de chambre pour nous! C’était sold out! Ils avaient over booké 6 chambres dont la nôtre, nous avons dû chercher une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel à 20:30h le soir, vraiment pas très agréable! Certains clients ont fait eux même le ménage d’une chambre et le changement de draps et de serviettes pour avoir une chambre! Non, merci pour moi!

The property heavily perfumes their sheets. It’s terrible for allergy suffers. Plus synthetic smells can mask other problem like poor cleanings. It was difficult and unpleasant to sleep.

It was very quiet

I checked in 12-5-23 the first room they gave me 203 was not vacuumed and the food was visible, i called down talked to an housekeeper director and she wanted to have someone come to vacuum, i told her no, i would like another room because As an inspector, you suppose to check rooms before putting them in as clean rooms, it was very obvious that no one checked it! I was moved to 309 , it was as stained sheets, again carpet wasn’t vacuumed, bathroom was dirty i took pictures and went down to show them they acted like they didn’t want to see them so i asked to give me cleaning supplies and new sheets and i would clean my own room properly, one of the housekeeper said i will clock back and and clean it for you, no one said anything about accommodation on my stay or even given half of my money back for the inconveniences , so i left and came back and my room was perfect, so i don’t know the ladies name who cleaned so well but i was pleased because i am an inspector from Myrtle Beach South Carolina, and i know a lot about how a room supposed to be! I woke up and strip the beds and the mattress pad needs changing , it’s not supposed to have no stains on any mattress pad that has blood or pee stains , that should have been thrown away not put on beds!
