The apartment appeared clean

After a 500 mile road journey from Somerset to Dundee we arrived 10 hours later to find our accommodation but the key code we were given didn’t work. After contacting pillow partners we managed to obtain the correct code. On entering the apartment we were greeted with an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen/lounge area. Went to investigate the smell and my daughter got her foot caught in the loose carpet causing her to trip. There was mould in the bathroom around the bath seals and a kitchen cupboard door was hanging off. The area is run down with overflowing rubbish bins outside and noisy cars racing up the road. We were only there for a maximum of 10 mins before deciding not to stay at the accommodation, it just screams drug hostel. This may be ok for students to doss in but as a family apartment it is unsuitable. We immediately requested a full refund as we had to find alternative accommodation but after lots of questions and providing photos they still are not being very forthcoming.

Apartment is very clean and has all facilities. We really loved to stay there.

Stairs- 50 steps. It was uncomfortable for my Mum. However facilities and cleanliness compensated it 😊 I would suggest if you could put a front window net curtain for the privacy. Washing Machine wasn't working properly.

Lovely apartment with cooking facilties and washing machine etc. A few issues but nothing major. Would stay again.

There was a pretty foul odour that was coming from the kitchen sink. Also a spring was broken in one of the beds and had came through the mattress. We advised them of it but never heard anything about a resolution except an acknowledgement. We also found broken glass in the bedroom.

Superb Apartment, very comfy the apartment feels homey. Great facilities like oven and big fridge freezer. Very happy with our stay here. Nearest shop was co-op which was a quick walk.

The parking, finding a space later on in day was difficult.

Couldn't get the TV to work. The stairs were a nightmare. Found a piece of broken glass on the bedroom floor.

Really nice decor throughout

Wasn't aware it was stair access...didnt bother us as a family but needs to be flagged as not appropriate for wheelchair users as no lift.

Charged me different price to booking.com where I booked then said refund on way for 81 that Was last month still haven't received it Avoid pillow partners
