ENORME soggiorno, più aree salotto e posti a sedere, tavolo da biliardo, elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere e WIF ad alta velocità, 2 box auto. This is mostly 5 stars. I only didn't give them 5 stars on cleanliness as the towels were still drying when we arrived at 4 pm, so we had to fold them all.

Host promptly replied to my requests. However, jacuzzi was cloudy on day of arrival, was later told chemicals have to settle. Had to wait till next afternoon for spa tech to arrive. I manually cleaned the filter on the jacuzzi prior to tech arriving as it was clearly clogged. Not a huge deal but you like to sit in a jacuzzi that looks like it has clear and clean water. On a minor note, I'd suggest a few plastic (melamine) plates for pool area. Other than that, everyone in our party enjoyed our stay.

Everything was pretty good, wished they would have supplied more paper products no tissue and small amount of tp and paper towels. Had to run to store to get us thru the wkend. Also a dog barked next door for the 3 days straight. And one shower did not have any hot water. And hot tub did not work. Other then that it was fabulous, great feel and very roomy!

We absolutely loved the location. We were close to everything that we were hoping to see. We really loved the layout of the house as it provided for separation of different families. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor area as well. The only items we were not thrilled about are regarding communication while we were staying at the property and the arrival/departure process. I really never had to wait so long to get the address of a VRBO property. I also didn’t appreciate not having any depart instructions until very late the night before we were to leave. We kind of wanted to get ahead of the game as some of us were leaving very early. Finally, my communication while we were staying when we had some issues or sometimes timely and sometimes several hours before we could get the information we were seeking.

Booked the home to be centrally located and drivable to the best courses in the area. Plenty of rooms and beds. Great pool and pool table. Ideally suited for cooking dinner after 36 holes and crashing out and doing it all again for three days in a row. Thanks much!

Close to downtown…unfortunately the floors were dirty and one of the showers didn’t drain. Other than that the house was great. We would stay there again!

The location was great, close to restaurants and bars. When it came to the place it was clean but not as big as it looked in the pictures. Can’t checkin early, if you are coming from out of town make sure you arrive after 4pm

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my wedding weekend in Scottsdale and it was perfect. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the living area was very spacious. Only issue we had was the hot water in the showers did not work so unfortunately we were taking cold showers all weekend.

Great Location
We came to Scottsdale for a bachelorette party (7 girls) and were overall happy with our stay. Be warned, the grill is pretty grimey and needs a good cleaning, the bbq area also needs a good cleaning (there was garbage and dirty rags left over there), and the smoke alarm is VERY sensitive- every time we made bacon/we had a private chef come and the smoke alarm kept going off. Lastly, we had to contact the host due to the cleanliness of the floors (we wound up cleaning them ourselves), the bbq, a broken AC and to make them aware of the smoke alarm battery repeatedly beeping (they were very responsive and came to check on/fix what they could, however, they did replace the wrong alarm batteries so the one in the bedroom continued to go off all night). Beyond that, VERY happy! It's a great place to stay for a group.

Amazing!
Perfect place to stay with group of friends for weekend getaway! Location is amazing for going out in Old Town, great pool and backyard area for hanging out and grilling, and ideal amenities. Ice maker doesn’t work (not a big deal just need to buy ice). Also had great AC. Has everything you would need, highly recommend!

Perfect Girls Getaway!
This house was PERFECT!!!! I LOVE THE ROOM LAYOUT THE MOST!!!! We wanted a place that everyone had their own beds (queen size and up) and enough bathrooms, this house gave us that! Spacious layout, the pool was very nice!

Friends Getaway
We overall enjoyed our stay! With the weather being cool we spent more time inside then anticipated, so we were happy to have nice open space. We had a few hiccups throughout our stay but was in contact with the management company. Overall great location for large group we had 12 adults. Walking distance to a lot of great places. The house needs little fixes, and a good deep cleaning.
