We stayed with another couple for a fabulous stay here. Host was very responsive and friendly. The place was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. Definitely would stay there again!

This was by far our easiest and best stay in NOLA. Irelis and Dave were super responsive to any request we had (we rented a car and were worried it wouldn’t fit in the parking spot, but it did!) and left a cute basket full of snacks and waters for us as a welcome gift. The place was super clean and perfect for our family of four. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Modern Marigny Suites says it all. Stay in historic Marigny with all of the modern contemporary amenities of home. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. All of the action is just blocks away, whether you walk or Uber this is the best of the best.

1919 truly is a perfect VRBO. The pictures accurately describe the unit and the hosts were very friendly, eager to share useful information about NOLA and quick to respond to communication. 1919 was the most immaculate VRBO I have stayed at with a comfortable modern atmosphere. Nice location. Nicely appointed. We had a great time. Owners were very accommodating! Be sure to have breakfast at Ruby Slipper just down the street.

We were very impressed with all of the features of this property and especially since we read that the owners were architects who designed it. It had all the modern conveniences and was very roomy for my husband, my son and me. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space since my husband and I drove there and parking is very limited in New Orleans. They even provided snacks and coffee and tea for the coffee maker so it was nice we didn't have to run out immediately to the grocery store when we got there. The unit is very close to so many attractions and we either walked or took an uber to get around. We also appreciated all of the recommendations for things to do, and places to eat and shop. Check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth and everything was spotless. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

PHENOMENAL! Absolutely The Best VRBO in NOLA! Have used VRBO for many many many years and been visiting NOLA for most of my life and with friends in tow, typically stay in the City. Hands down, both 1919 Burgundy rentals I stayed in are best in the Crescent City! Irelis & Dave are amazing! Personable, attentive, friendly, but absolutely hands off even tho they live in same cool, fresh, modern building! Walk in greeting to a superb welcome basket & local beers. Suite B (spent weekend here before moving to Suite A for another week) is modern, cozy, homey, beautiful, well maintained and stocked space. Each room has individual HVAC units which is great for guests with different temperature requirements... The downstairs main is very private and lovely. The kitchen is stocked quite appropriately for the space even without oven (has stove top and microwave) or dishwasher and has dining table for four. The shining star is absolutely the front deck which is wonderful for AM quiet time & sunset viewing enjoyment, plus shared enclosed private front porch area for privacy & bikes (if renting). The off-street parking is quite useful for smaller vehicles (Street parking pass available for larger cars). The Marigny location is quiet & perfect for walking into Quarter, access to local eateries, close to parks and bike rentals. Irelis and Dave, thank you again for sharing your wonderful home!!!!! This is a beautiful home with a modern look. So comfy that I would have been happy just hanging out in the home. However, it is in an unbeatable location close to everything that someone visiting New Orleans would want to experience so that got us out of the house. It is obvious that the property management puts a lot of care and thought into this home. They were great at communicating with us once we booked and had lots of great recommendations for what to do during our stay.

Modern apartment located on a quiet street within walking distance of Frenchman Street, French Quarter and St. Roch Market. Photos are accurate. Apartment is clean, well maintained, well stocked, and secure. Great communication with hosts prior to check-in and throughout our stay. They were kind, responsive, and accommodating. We appreciated the snacks and the birthday cupcake. Would stay at this Modern Marvel again.

This VRBO is as lovely as the pictures online. It’s very spacious, well lit, clean, has wonderful amenities, high ceilings, and everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is lovely and within walking distance to the French quarter. There is a breakfast and lunch restaurant four doors down, the Ruby Slipper, as well as a wonderful coffee shop a few blocks away called Who Dat Coffee. It’s a short walk to the hop on hop off Stop number three which we took advantage out for two days of our stay. I also highly recommend the hotel, Peter and Paul which is a short walk and has a beautiful bar called Elysian and gorgeous restaurant! We highly recommend this property. The hosts checked in with us as we arrived, and they also checked in with us the day before we left to make sure we were happy, and make sure to answer all of our questions while we were there. They also checked in with us before we got there to answer questions! we also feel very safe there, the security system/ key access is easy to navigate. Thank you so much! 🙌

One of the few “modern” looking places in the French quarter, this property is super cool. It is nestled in perfectly and comfortably among the historic homes of the quarter without looking out of place. The location is perfect- the Marigny location has alot to offer and is just steps away from the activities on Bourbon street. The hosts made check in and check out easy, and it was comforting knowing they lived right nearby in case we needed them- which we didn’t! The condo had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful long New Years weekend with family. Four of us stayed in the unit, but our New Orleans family members visited. The house was comfortable for socializing and for sleeping. It's a unique property in a great neighborhood and location. David and Irelis are amazing hosts and treated us like old friends.

This is hands down the most well appointed VRBO I’ve stayed at over the years. The location is close to the FQ and perfect for walking. The hosts are welcoming and responsive; they helped make the stay seamless.

Clean, comfortable rental in a quiet neighborhood that was a close walk to almost everything we wanted to get to. The spot was also convenient for getting rides to other areas of the city. Excellent communication with owners and all the amenities you could want. Will definitely be back!

The property was spacious and modern. It was perfect for my family since we have a toddler who needs areas to run around. It was in a nice location and we were close to lots of fun things to do. I would recommend this property!

This is one of the very best places that I have ever stayed anywhere in the country. The beds are super comfortable. Very clean with anything you need for your stay. The location is perfect for walking and easy pick up for Uber or etc. We did not have any issues, but the owners are close by had anything come up. Will book again if ever back in New Orleans!

Great location

We had a phenomenal time on our moms' weekend away. All the details put into this home were much appreciated. Black out curtains, sound machine, and fans in every room....we were in heaven and definitely took advantage of sleeping in. The location is perfect to walk anywhere and everywhere and there are so many close places to eat, drink, and listen to incredible music live. We will definitely be back.

This place was everything promised in the listing / photos and more. Beautiful unique space perfectly located in the Marigny neighborhood just steps from Frenchmen street and the Quarter. Super easy check-in, responsive host, well stocked and maintained. We would highly recommend it and are looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed for Jazzfest and it was perfect for a short evening walk to food and more music on Frenchman St at night. The house is was even prettier than pictures. Parking is a wonderful to have! Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful experience all around. Would stay again!

This was a great spot for a weekend in New Orleans. Super Close to Frenchmen’s Street and the Quarter, impeccably clean. Master bed and bath are super spacious. Other room and bath are small, but they’ve designed the space well. Highly recommend!
