Our multi-generational family group of 12 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a week. An absolutely awesome home for a large group. Great living room for all to gather and a very well stocked kitchen. A long dining table outside was great for dinner while watching the sunset. Beach and pool time entertained the kids for hours. Also, excellent local dining options a stroll away - Peace Love Shave Ice, Nalu’s, Miso Phat Sushi, and Nutcharee’s Thai. We loved the quiet and vibe of Kihei and will choose this locale over the ‘resort scene’ in the future. Sunny and Brandon, appreciate all your help. Mahalo from our families!

The property was perfect for our group of 3 families with kids ranging from 5-8.

The property was just what we were looking for. Right on the beach. The bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Soft sheets. All rooms had baths attached. Main family room was large with plenty of seating for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. House manager was so kind and easy to work with. We will be back to this house for sure!

Recently returned from two week stay at Beach Paradise and it lived up to its name. We were all adult family/friends group celebrating a birthday and the amenities in the home provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. There was enough space to comfortably fit eight adults with room for a few more if needed. Our trip was about relaxing, so we didn't venture too far from the house - but didn't need to when we had everything we wanted there. You are steps from a beach that wasn't too rough, provided spectacular sunsets and didn't have too many other groups in the area. I'm sure that could change depending on time of year - but even with public access right there, we found the most traffic was at sunset (and even then, it wasn't too busy). And if you didn't want the beach, the pool area was amazing - with both shady and sunny areas. Other than number of rooms, this was the main reason we selected this property - both beach and pool steps away. Sunny (prop manager) was great, provided all the details we needed to access the property - and was quick to answer questions and provide support when needed. We can't wait for another reason to have a group trip - we will be back!

We had a fantastic stay. The property manager was extremely friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The location was really convenient for the beach and local supermarket in walking distance.

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this beach house. This was a perfect property for our family. We were with our son and his family, 3 little ones 4, 2 and 1. The house is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The lawn and fenced area was a great area for the kids to play. The beach only steps away, played a lot on the beach, beach chairs and towels provided. Walked to the beach every night for a very beautiful sunset. The pool was great for the kids, deepest I think was 5 ft. The house is very comfortable, kitchen good, many spices and condiments. Nice to have laundry. Filtered water. Sunny was great, met us for a walk-through, left us some goodies! Safeway very close. Walk to Nalus, a must for lunch or dinner. If you have young children the aquarium was a big hit.

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing! We had a multi-generation family vacation with ages from 86 to 15. The home is large and beautifully furnished. It is a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with gentle waves. The pool is fun for kids and after a long day in the ocean. The views from every room are lovely and the kitchen/living areas are very well stocked and appointed. It was the best family vacation we ever had!

With the different types of bedrooms, it worked great for our group. There are lots of beach towels and beach chairs. The house is nicely stocked in the kitchen. I would have loved to have more information in the guest book for recycling as we had a lot of plastic bottles and cans.

Such a beautiful home with a short walk across the lawn to the beach. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the many lounge chairs located near the pool and on the back patio. We had a guest chef cook in the amazing kitchen and enjoyed meals outside on the spacious table. We cant say enough how nice the rooms were and very comfortable. We will be back!!

Perfect property! Plenty of space for our group of 12. House had everything you need to enjoy the pool and beach, cook and relax. Beach is beautiful; with the wind the water is a little choppy and not crystal clear but still very enjoyable and easy to swim in (at least for adults). Kids loved seeing the turtles! Kids loved the pool and it was protected from the wind in the afternoons. Thank you!

This house fit our needs perfectly. Had a group of 6 adults and 5 grand kids from 8 to 18. Everyone loved it. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Most everything we needed was within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Sunny was amazing to work with and very helpful.

We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful home. The location couldnt be more perfect. Right next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The host was amazing. Would respond quickly and helped us with everything we needed. Would love to come back and stay again. Couldnt recommend this house enough!

The house was perfect and more than enough room for two families! It could easily have housed 3. Fantastic spot right on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed going from the beach to the pool and back. Sunsets from the lanai were magical! So many services close by was also great and easy driving access to major island locations and attractions.

This spacious house comfortably fit our party of 11 and was exactly as advertised. If anything, I thought the pictures undersold the proximity to the beach and ease of access over a short lawned park, as well as the outdoor dining area that overlooked the ocean and tended to be our hub of activity.

Location is great. Having a private pool a real plus. Any request we had for the property manager, Yvonne, she was on it immediately. Thank you for your professionalism and responsiveness. .Issues...it is a 6 bedroom home w only one oven and a very small one. During covid and cooking here in general is difficult w only one oven for the entire home.. Home does have 2 full size refrigerators...GREAT. Once again, a 6 bedroom home needs at least a double oven. for cooking for a group. Also I would suggest a king bed for the mother-in-law type suit over the garage. Definitely enough room and that space is perfect for a family w small children but the queen bed made it undesirable for our group. We made it work.Thank you for sharing your home with us.
