Lovely mid-century California-style apartment complex! The apartment we stayed in was fantastic with a modern interior that was roomy, wonderfully appointed with a fantastic kitchen. The entire complex was serene and quiet, and it's right down the street from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the downtown Linden St area with its restaurants and shops. Totally worth it!!

Second time staying in the building. The apartments are well equipment, clean and I love the landscaping. The garden smell wonderful and everything is very clean and welcoming. It's home away from home!

This place has such a great location and the apartment had everything we needed. Parking can be a little busy during the day on weekends, but that’s because it’s such a great location. Elena was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place and we will certainly be back!

The hostess was not particularly warm to us.
I wish we were warned about the tram just outside the window, which went at 7am each morning and affected our jet lagged sleep.

Our unit was exactly as we hoped it would be. It was clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. The distance to the beach was great!

It is close to the beach and close to old town Carpenteria. Many great places to eat and see in Carpenteria.
This is a family owned apartment building with a very long history and an obvious passion for clean and convenient family style apartments. The history of the Apartments and this family is inspiring. They had an early vision for this property that is being fulfilled.
I recommend it without reservation, and will stay again when I am in the area.

Great location literally one block from the gorgeous beach. Very comfortable unit and quiet building. We had a couple issues with a dysfunctional door lock but Elena’s was extremely responsive to any requests. Laundry facility is not in- unit but there is one available in the building. Great stay!

This was by far the best vacation rental experience we have had. The place was spotless and beautiful. The location was perfect, literally 100 yards from the beach. Parking on the street was easy. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Carpinteria is a perfect small town with great amenities. We will stay here again for sure.

Apartment complex was peaceful and quiet. Owners were polite and responsive to questions. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, grocery.

UCSB
We drove down from Monterey to bring daughter to UCSB. It was nice to stay in a low key laid back area. No rush and no long waits for anything in town. The nicest people in California I think live here in this small peaceful beach town. Just two blocks to beach. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Will keep this place and town in mind for future trips.

Nicely updated apartment by beach
Very clean and updated - both the unit we stayed in and the entire building and grounds. Very easy access to beach (2 minute walk) and longer walk or quick drive to several restaurants in Carpenteria. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
