We initially picked this property because it allowed pets. It was a pity that we decided not to bring our dogs to Japan for this holiday (crazy ideal, eh?). The information provided beforehand were easy to comprehend with lots of pictures. Finding the building and getting in was uncomplicated. The room itself was seemingly clean and tidy. We encountered problem getting hot water in the bathroom, and the host was responsive with the messages to render help.

The location wasn't the most ideal, not really close to any metro stations.

it was clean and quiet and modern. there are excellent instructions in English helping you to use the appliances.

there is a damp smell. there is a particularly bad odour coming from under the washer / dryer. I had to keep the door closed to that area and run the bathroom fan 24 hours a day.

It comes cozy, compact with kitchen, laundry corner, bathtub, heater and AC, air purifier. All you would need for an accommodation.

The room was modern and very clean, and the apartment was quiet which was great for sleeping. The area was a sweet little neighborhood with a convenience store very close by. The room even had its own washing machine which was excellent!

It would be great if there were additional pillows, but the ones provided were fine.

Location was great, little to no noise... easy access with a code. The room was fully equipped with an AC as well as a washer/dryer, and the room had just enough space for me and my gear!

The property is located in the heart of Tokyo, Ebisu. With Ebisu Garden Place a walk up a hill and the station close by makes for this place perfect for a staycation in Tokyo. It’s a modern building with all the modern perks of noise cancelling walls and top of the notch in-house technology. The staff was very responsive to all of my queries and all done remotely.
