Loved the location, house is nice for a get away, never saw owners but they were super helpful upon check in. Would recommend!

We had a good time. The house is old but we new that. Some of the patio furniture was in bad shape and there is only a removable step ladder to get in the water from the dock. The dock is too high to moore a boat properly. They need bbq utensils and oven mitts. The listing said beach towels provided but there were none and the house rules said do not bath towels outside.Other then that we had fun but I feel it was over priced for the property. The location and coffee on the dock made up for any short comings.

WHAT A LOVELY LOCATION. LOVE HOW CLOSE TO THE WATER WE WERE AND ACCESS TO NEARBY RESTAURANTS. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY OR REFER TO THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Photos don’t do this wonderful place justice! You have your own private dock and front garden that looks over the lake with a fire pit. Beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked and living room great to cozy up inside. Tonya was easy to communicate with and provided a fantastic place to stay for a girls weekend. Tonya also let us have a late check out so we could relax by the lake while we waited for our flight. 25min walk to downtown Kelowna. Totally recommend! Thank you :)

The hosts were lovely and had a few nice extra touches such as a collection of games to choose from and a margarita maker. But this property was not what we expected. It is a very very old building and has been fixed up in an odd way (there are four types of flooring in the living room). The bath and shower are quite old and stained, but the beds were all quite comfortable. The Master bedroom is actually in a porch so its very chilly but the hosts do provide an electric blanket and extra heater. Possibly due to the gloomy wet weekend we visited on, the décor felt quite oppressive and dark...but we did become more fond of the place as the weekend progressed and had some cozy visits in the living room. The views of the lake are excellent but the backyard place is communal for the entire building (two other units I believe). Cob webs in hard to reach places and I think the carpet in the living room might need a good wash. The neighbourhood is close to a very old logging yard with some industrial properties not too far away. But if you walk away from those you can find a wonderful lake front path that takes you into the city centre with great places to eat, theatres and cool shops. Overall: I would not remove this from your list from your trip, and I think it is reasonably priced given the Kelowna market, just a bit of a surprise from the photos.

Great location to downtown

We had a great time on our vacation at Lake Breeze. PROS..... - great location- 20 min walk into downtown and 30 min to nearest starbucks. - waterfront with a dock - air conditioning -lots of room in the house for our family of 5 and 2 australian shepherds CONS- house is very outdated, quite dark and rustic.. Yes there are plenty of widows as advertised but we had quite a few of the drapes drawn at all times for privacy. To the left the neighbors so happen to be a public park which is occupied by quite a few people most of the time and does not allow dogs. The only other negative was that you can not access the water without jumping off the dock ... so something to think about if you have small kids that want to play in the water or dogs that like to walk into the water to swim. The only way again is to jump off dock or use the ladder to access the lake. No sandy beach to sit on , goes straight from grass to the dock . That being said owners were easy to get ahold of and very accommodating when we messed up our travel dates and we still had a wonderful time

Great vacation home, with amazing waterfront. Easy check in, clean home and well stocked. Communication with host was superb and fast to respond. Hosts were very respectful with our privacy while on vacation. Beautiful sandy waterfront, and walking distance to local restaurants, shops and grocery story. Will definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Property managers were fantastic and super fast at responses. Only complaint was kitchen was missing some items, (sharp knives, bowels to mix, and non stick frying pans) The Margaritaville was a fantastic touch! Super nice to have your own beach and dock.

Amazing lakefront location

Overall this property and stay was pretty great! the Host was accommodating for early check in as well as late check out to the property. The dock is a beautiful spot to sit on and was relaxing and quiet. There is a public beach next door which I imagine gets busy when warmer however for our weekend it wasn't a problem. Only downfall was this street was under sewage construction which was loud during the weekday, and we even had the water turn off for a bit on the Friday. Luckily there was nothing Sat-Monday however still an inconvenience. The host also did have some construction occurring next door in the unit which we should have also been informed about as it was quite loud however with that being said when mentioned to the host she said there was a miscommunication and they should have not been dong renos. Only other downfall was one bathroom for 6 people.... The host was easy to contact and provide details surrounding any questions. was worried about distance to downtown but with the water path it was perfect! Beautiful location - definitely would have been even better had the weather been warmer!

Beautiful suite at the base of Knox Mtn, with a backyard and deck on the lake, and a 10 min walk to downtown. Can’t go wrong…location is everything and this place has it!

Over all this was a lovely place. Pros: nice location, easy check in and out, friendly hosts, Comfy beds, lots of space inside and outside, clean water with sand so it’s easy on the feet while in the water, board walk with seating at the end, public beach right next door (because there’s no access beach on property except by ladder and even then it goes into water not sand) Cons: public beach right next door … yes it’s a Pro and a Con and is NOT the hosts fault (explanation: 3 of the 4 nights there were people outside the middle bedroom making loud noises like laughing and talking very loudly until 2-3 am. I had to turn all the lights on inside rooms and outside lights to get them to go away. My kids 10 & 13 were scared to sleep in the bedrooms so they ended up in the master bedroom with their dad while I took one of the other bedrooms). I’d still recommend this place and we would go back for another stay.

Dave and Kari made us feel welcomed from the moment we got there! They are very down to earth people and the location was amazing! Would definitely go back!

Owners were friendly/amazing, the backyard and water view unmatched. Close and walkable distance from downtown Kelowna, but property located in a very quiet, safe residential area.

Loved the amazing backyard, private dock, lake view and hot Tub! The hosts were great! House was a good size and clean. If you have a portable fire pit. I would recommend bringing it!

We had a great time at Lake Breeze on our quick weekend getaway with friends. The property is in an amazing location and we made full use of the hot tub and sitting area overlooking the lake. What a view! Dave and Kari were both super helpful - very quick to answer questions and genuinely seemed like their top priority was making sure that we were happy! Would highly recommend staying here and are hoping we will be back again soon!

Overall great stay. The location is close to everything, the views are breathtaking and Dave & Kari are accommodating and super friendly.

Our family needed a place to stay for 3-4 weeks while renovations were being done in our home. Dave & Kari were wonderful to work with and easily accommodated our needs. The location was so beautiful with an incredible view which was amazing to wake up to every day. To have a fenced yard, a hot tub right at the lake and downtown amenities within walking distance worked well for us. The house is quiet, unique and eclectic, very comfortable and suited our needs. The beds were hard to get out of they were so comfy! Dave and Kari looked after us very well and made being out of our own home a great experience. I would highly recommend staying at the Lake Breeze.

Can't beat the location - walkable to downtown in 15 minutes or less! And direct lake access was lovely!

We had the most incredible time staying at Lake Breeze! Kari and Dave could not be more accomodating hosts, and really made us feel welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we hadn't pre-booked a wine tour, we probably wouldn't have left! Take me back...
