Property was clean and very convenient to the beach and lots of eating places. We recommend this place to stay. Only thing missing is a lift or something if your not able to do stairs.

We were a family of 13 and loved this property. The beach was walking distance from the house and there was plenty of space inside and out to accommodate our family. Management was awesome as they took time out to welcome us and checked in to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend staying here for large groups. Overall it was a great vacation and we look forward to all our future stays with Rosy and Tim!

This house was perfect for our group of friends enjoying a staycation. Quick walk to the beach and access to everything close by like restaurants and shops. The layout of the house was awesome, spacious, and very well-kept. We will definitely be back!

Great hosts! Communication was excellent and prompt. House was clean and photos are accurate. It's nicely decorated. Amenities are some of the nicest we have experienced among other rentals we have used. I was surprised by the number of dishes, definitely one of the best kitchens we have ever used. The house was perfect for our multi-family spring break getaway from cold Wisconsin. We had 6 adults and 9 kids but never felt like we were cramped. The kids bunk room worked great for us. The beds are firm but comfortable; the towels are thick and good quality. Location of the house has its pros and cons. It's on the main road which was fantastic for walking to restaurants and shops, super close and easy walk to the beach. The con- if you are not used to city noise the flow of traffic could be hard but we are city people so the sound of cars driving by was not an issue. The backyard/pool area was amazing. Plenty of tables and chairs by the pool. Lots of seating on the balconies also. The kids loved the picnic tables and plenty of comfortable seating on the same level for the adults. The best part...you can see bits of the sound and the ocean from the house. I fell in love with the Pensicola Beach area and this is my second trip down in less than a year. I will be back and if it is with a group I will definitely stay here again.

Very great location! There was a ton of space for my family during our Hurricane Ida evacuation. The host was very accommodating and available to meet our needs.

We bought a cooler and left it for the house for future guests. Thank u for the experience will be back

This house is absolutely beautiful. David and Rosy are very welcoming and eager to make any accommodations that would’ve made our stay easier. The short walk to the beach is convenient to enjoy the day and then head back to the house to swim and cook. We have a great time!

This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! Plenty of room, beautiful porches, clean, updated and conveniently located to everything. The pool deck is wonderful for entertaining and the proximity to the beach is so simple and perfect! The owners called me personally to welcome me and my family- they are very nice people and we truly had a wonderful time! My only suggestion, is to offer more amenities for the guests. We were not supplied with any beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. There are only a few beach chairs, which some are not in the best condition. You are only supplied with 1 kitchen towel, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel, and 2 tabs of dishwasher soap. Everything else such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices, Tupperware, baggies, disinfectant spray, etc. is all at your cost. Again, everything was wonderful- but when you require a 5 night minimum and pay a premium price, I was hoping for a little more convenience towards those amenities and not the extra cost or having to be wasteful or packing them all home. In the end, thanks for a wonderful stay and letting use your home!
