The property was clean and there were no issues. We had a great time!

We stayed last year at this property and had a wonderful experience. We were excited to go back. The property was not in good shape. The Tv's did not work there were no curtains or shades on the windows, the back bedroom smelled like mold and we could not use it. The toilet was unstable in one of the bathrooms and we could not use it. We called 4 times and explained the situation and they told us that someone would call us back- but never did. I want to be compensated for this trip. We would NEVER of expected a property to change for the worse after just one year.

We really enjoyed our thanksgiving week here. The place for the description, met our needs and was located super close to beach access.

Place was pretty nice on the inside. Loved it overall and loved the location. The exterior of the place does need a lot of work. It is the eyesore of the neighborhood. Also the deck you can go up to and enjoy the view of the ocean is pretty unstable and feels very unsafe so we did not use it

This is a perfect beach get-away house--very close to the beach, lots of comfortable, useable space, quiet neighborhood. We will surely visit again!

Overall great stay. Property manager checked on us the first day and quickly addressed the couple of issues we had. This is a one level home, but does have a step down into the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. It has plenty of room, comfortable beds, easily sleeps 10-12, and is close to the beach. We had family staying for a wedding and were satisfied with the accommodations.

Great location and area to stay in. We had a great time, however definitely not enough dishes to cook with and the dog area: if they would expand it a little it would definitely be much better!

My family stayed here so we could be close to my son and his wedding party. Perfect location to the beach and a quiet street. House is a bit run down in the outside but inside was very roomy and updated. House was very well cleaned except the couch and carpet. Both had a very dog smell and the carpet had a lot of fur all over it, we had to air out the living room. The side porch was just ok and there was some kind of cage off the master bedroom with dog poop in it. We called it the prison. Very gross and horrible to look at. House would benefit from actual blinds, we used blankets in the big room to cover the windows. If these things were fixed I would 100% stay again.

Great location

The location was perfect. The house was nicely updated. The outside and deck could use work. The grass was hanging over the barrier and made walking on the sidewalk uncomfortable.

Location was great. Overall the house was satisfactory. The ac in the house was spotty at best. The main area was cold but the ac in Master and large room with with the 5 twin beds very poor. There was trash throughout the outside of the house and under the upper balcony. There was dog remains throughout the front yard as well. The access to the beach was great. Overall you pay for the location to the beach. The management was great when I called about a small problem. Kitchen was great. Plenty of beds for everyone.

The stay started with terrible communication with the property manager. I emailed multiple times through VRBO and never received a response. On the day of check in I planned my arrival to be at the time of check in. When I arrived the place hadn’t started to be cleaned yet and they couldn’t give me an ETA of when it would be ready. I was promised a half night’s refund for the late cleaning that I never received. When they finally finished cleaning they left very few towels, so I had to request more be brought. Once I started looking around, the fence in the backyard was completely on the ground and looked very dangerous. The location is ideal but the issues with the property management company were very bad. I would not recommend staying at this location.

This home suited our needs perfectly for our two families, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home was well appointed with most every thing that you needed to enjoy your stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everything in between. The location to the beach couldn't have been more perfect for our crew it was an easy walk of a whole 1-2 minutes tops and you were in the water. I especially loved how large the living area is and how it allows for many people to sit together and relax, the kids loved the kid room and had a blast having space to hang out together. This isn't a new house and that's another reason we loved it, it's a comfortable unpretentious easy place to stay and relax and really enjoy the area. Being a single story home allowed the kids freedoms to come in and out with ease and they spent much time playing in the yard and porch. The property manager called on our 2nd day to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly. This is a home I'd stay in again and hope to soon. House was very clean and was located in a nice area.. very roomy had plenty of room for me and my family had plenty of kitchen items to use... overall it was a great stay!

The house was very clean and was close to the beach. It was close to grocery stores, fast foods, and areas of entertainment for kids.

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving 2020. The house had plenty of room for our group of 8. It’s close to the beach entrance but far enough away from the tourist congestion. Although there wasn’t much congestion this time of year. My only thought is if you plan to cook for the number of people the house can hold, you may want to bring some cooking dishes. Other than that, we loved our stay and will come back to the area again soon!

One of the few ground level homes remaining on the beach, which is convenient for loading and unloading kids/stuff/grandma etc without having to climb steps. Beds were comfortable and clean. Located directly across from the beautiful beach with public access steps away. Check in and check out was completely contactless. Property management was available for any questions. Loved the location which was close enough to restaurants to be convenient but not too close to be loud or bothered by the crowds. Will definitely come back for years to come.

The outside of the house is not well kept, there’s some trash around the house as well as cigarette butts on the patio. The patio is a let down. The house is supposed to sleep up to 11 guests but there’s only 2 chairs on patio. The grills were obviously not kept up with. The propane one has a full grease reservoir which made us concerned that it would start a fire and the charcoal grill handle fell off due to not being assembled correctly. The inside is better than outside, however seating was again an issue. There were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table and the 4 chairs were almost as tall as the table meaning not comfortable at all when you have to crouch down to eat your food. The room with the crib is so difficult to get around that the bathroom door hits the bed and you have to squeeze between crib and bed to even get to bathroom. Why isn’t the crib in the larger room where no squeezing would be necessary? Lastly, we used the washer and dryer and when you start the dryer, you can hear the sand whooshing around with your clothes. So that’s also not kept up with. Location is great, right next to beach entrance but would not stay here again.

If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. The house is old and it shows. We didn't have a remote for the TV in the living room so that TV was useless. Be careful in the dining room chairs because the legs are about to fall off. The info says there is a fire pit with seating. There is not. No fire pit at all. Beds were comfy and the location was great.

The location of the house was excellent. Just minutes walk from the beach. The beach was wonderful. The raised deck offered amazing views. However, The house is in severe state of dis-repair. The house looks better on the inside than from the outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good, but The common areas - kitchen and living room need urgent attention. The couches and chairs are in bad shape and are falling apart. Dishes in the kitchen are sparse, and beat up. Air conditioning was not working in 2 out of 4 bedrooms, and there was a broken window in the living room.

This was a perfect location and space for our family.

Fast easy and handled professionally .

What you see is what you get. Fairly remote but only a few miles to the center of gulf breeze. We would go back.

We had a blast. Property was just big enough to where we weren't overwhelmed. Very clean and perfect walking distance to the beach where it was easy to walk back for the restroom and for snacks with the kids.

Perfect for large groups, kitchen was stocked with everything you need, I brought my own griddle did wonders with that thing, didn’t feel crowded with multiple people in it.
