Totally inflexible about late checkout extension. Front desk was rude to my girlfriend.

The breakfast was yummy and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had a handful of special requests and all of them were happily met by different staff members each time. I also appreciated the variety of workout equipment available.

Of our three visits to this location, this was definitely the least clean. The shower floor and doors were incredibly dirty. The window sills in the room had dust and the lobby floors were sticky. The elevator doors had grease marks and streaks across them. We hope the hotel is cleaner next time but also understand that we came over a holiday and employees were spending time with their families.

The breakfast was fine. Quite like most of the hotels only newer. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The lady at the desk was very nice when we arrived! She was friendly and welcomed us with a big smile. I don't remember her name but she is a keeper! The shower was very nice and large. Enjoyed the rainfall shower! We enjoyed watching a movie on your large screen. It was just like in the movies only more comfortable! The room was quiet and we had a good night's sleep.

The room was comfortable and looked very clean until we saw mold on the hidden underside lip of the sink and inside the underflow hole that needed cleaning. Also, there was mold in the outside corners of the shower stall. I am sure the mold outside of the shower was caused from the shower spray that splashed outside. The low step-into the shower is great; but, the shower curtains did not keep all of the spray from falling outside of the shower. We tried several ways but we always found water that leaked outside into the bathroom corner of the shower stall. There is so much humidity in bathrooms, especially in the South it can be difficult to take care of. But mold can be very dangerous to your health, especially if one has asthma or allergies. It is something to check after every guest to see it is clean; or, if there is mold, properly clean it. Last thing is NOT YOUR FAULT AT ALL! The road to the hotel looks messy with some sort of junk just thrown around on the ground near the main street. It was also very dark. Perhaps a light or two could be installed by your county?

The hotel is brand new so it’s very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the location is great! less than 15 minutes to the airport.

advertised as breakfast included. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and the breakfast was always great, but the breakfast here was subpar. we had to eat out for breakfast both mornings.
