Not happy with comfort of bed.

Very clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and nice. The only negative thing was there was no microwave in the room but we were pleased and satisfied with our stay.

I had a very disappointing experience. First of all, my credit card was overly charged four times for $170 each, even though my room was paid for through a third party. If my credit card limit wasn’t sufficient, these multiple swipes would have severely limited my travel or impacted my debit card. The holds placed on my account were frustrating, and I was not explained what was going on. The front desk kept telling me to put my card in the machine again without any clarification. When I finally asked why, despite having already paid for the room, I was told that they don’t deal with third-party bookings and still needed to put a hold on my credit card for four times the amount. I asked why I had to be charged again for an amount I had already paid through a third party, but received no satisfactory explanation. Additionally, the carpet in my room had an unpleasant smell, and there were not many channels available to watch on the TV. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations.

The area is being nuilt out currently but is in a great location and convenient. The staff was super helpful and kind.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Kelly who checked me in was very friendly. I was sorry when I was told me breafast service started at 7 am on Saturday as I ahd to be at a conference early but was happy to see there was coddee, ceral and other things available before by 6:45 am.

Staff and room was perfect, over friendly staff and welcomed me in every way! will stay again was here for a wedding highly recommend

Clean everywhere but pink & black mold in the shower.

This was our first time staying at this location. We frequently visit the Belmont area while our daughter is in college. We have tried out just about all the hotels and the immediate area and I would say this is one of the nicest. I definitely plan to stay here on all future visits.

Hotel is fairly new. Near the US National Whitewater Center. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have more breakfast selections though. Overall, a great stay.

hotel was very clean, quite! the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment we entered the hotel to the time we left. the rooms were bright and roomy for a hotel room (hotel fairly new in the last couple of years). the pillows needed updated, very flat. easy access to restaurants and local areas around town.

The staff is wonderful! Very pleasant and helpful! It is in a great location and the breakfast is very good too! The rooms are clean and a relaxing place while traveling.

The hot breakfast was poor quality, with cheap paper plates, plastic utensils and very limited selection. It's what one might expect in a $50 motel, not a hotel charging $200. The room was spacious and functional, but otherwise basic.

Excellent and very clean facility. Would highly recommend this place to all!

I liked the room and service

This hotel seemed like it was brand new. It was very comfortable and loved the location. The only thing I didn't care about was the breakfast choices on the weekend when we were there. They were a prewrapped breakfast sandwich, which wasn't very tasty. On Monday morning, it was a much better breakfast.

Our check-in was excellent. Though I can't remember her name, the woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Almost everything about our stay was fine, but there were 2 things that could've been better: 1) the A/C controls didn't seem to allow for a fan to run all night and 2) there was no blow-dryer in the bathroom (though the front desk folks provided one later). Otherwise, a nice, clean room and a comfortable stay.

EZ check in. Staff was knowledgable about area,(came for XMAS lights). Breakfast was good. The hotel is only two years old so rooms were very fresh looking and comfortable.

Nice, newer property. Everything clean and well kept. Easy parking, good breakfast, clean rooms, pleasant staff. No complaints whatsoever.
