Walking distance to everything downtown and to the water. Quick drive to orchards and Meyers Beach. Lovely property inside and out. Very clean and remarkably quiet.

We had a group of friends in for a wedding. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Big and beautiful! Location was the best part. We loved it and couldn’t recommend more.

We were all very happy with our bungalow on Broad. We were walking distance to the ferry, downtown and restaurants. It was more than what we expected. Very clean and roomy. We will again stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with family. The house had plenty of space, great natural light, and a beautiful yard. We were able to park right out front and quickly walk to anywhere in town. Highly recommended!

We loved our recent stay at Bungalow on Broad! The location is ideal, just absolutely perfect! The property is lovely and layout of the home works very well for groups. The management company was communicative and helpful. Overall, we loved it and absolutely recommend it! A few small honest opinion things that would have made it perfect. 1) Although the furnishing look nice, our entire group felt that all indoor seating areas were incredibly uncomfortable, including the dining chairs and most furniture in sun room. Also, some end tables on which to set coffee cups or drinks would be nice. The egg chair was the exception, it's pretty darn comfy. The outdoor porch chairs were fine too. Everything else was hard to sit on (literally) for any length of time. 2) Shades on the living room windows across from the murphy bed would be nice too. Our guest using that bed had street lights in her eyes all night. 3) We cook a lot, so a few more platters, something to roast veggies in, etc would be helpful in the kitchen. We made-do with baking sheets and mixing bowls. 4) There's a cute outdoor fire pit but no wood (other than sticks). We did not buy any wood. If the pit is usable, would be nice to have available wood. 5)The propane tank on the grill was empty. We purchased a tank and they were helpful in telling us where to get one and they reimbursed us. But...would have been nice to not have to do that. Overall, this is a great place...just a few things that would have made it top notch. We definitely recommend a stay at this property in Bayfield!

The kids loved the games available, we loved the space for everyone, and enjoyed the backyard fire pit! And the location was perfect!! So close to walk to everything downtown Bayfield has to offer!! We will definitely stay again!!

It would be nice if there was a sign out front with the name of the property so when people asked where we were staying we could tell them the name. Also, I would suggest making the game room and yoga room into sleeping areas. The home living space is so large it would be nice to have more sleeping spaces. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

This property is awesome! Great location great space great amenities and very clean. It worked so well being in the heart of downtown Bayfield and easy for other family members to walk to from their lodging locations. Would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The attention to detail was over the top. Perfect amount of space for our family and the location couldn't be more convenient to the shops and restaurants in Bayfield. We will definitely stay here again!

Pictures on the site make the property look very cute...however, it seems not ready for visitors. No shades or window treatments on most every window (and being on a busy corner makes you feel exposed), outside garbage overflowing onto the driveway, no Kleenex, no salt & pepper...a lot of basics missing. Also, we were without working heat for more than half our stay and their offer was to bring us a breakfast. Our kids had to eat meals covered in blankets! Also, only enough hot water for one shower. There are also not three bathrooms, but 2 1/2. We had to ask for half of our first days charge and they simply did not respond to the email. Don’t be fooled by the pics, you’ll regret it!

This was the perfect house for our family get-away in Bayfield! Every room was spotless, and it was only a block or two away from everywhere in Bayfield we wanted to go. Our boys' favorite was the game room, whereas we loved curling up with a book in the beautiful sun room. We will definitely plan to return, likely when it is warm enough to sit out on the deck.

This property was Great! Very clean and modern and comfortable. A lot of nice touches to make our stay special. The only downside was there was nothing to do in Bayfield. No restaurants open, very few stores. We brought all our winter gear for outdoor activities which kept us busy. I guess it's more of a summer resort town. The Bungalow, however, was perfect!

Perfect property for a family holiday getaway. House was better than described and the location and proximity to all in Bayfield could not have been better. Water views. Beautiful hiking trails at the top of the street. Highly recommend & would definitely return! Many, many thanks!

Great property in Bayfield. Great location, comfortable, clean, and spacious. We used it for a long weekend getaway in November. Mostly played board games and enjoyed the nice weather. Property listing was accurate. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, alot of room and a great kitchen. The only disappointment is the water and ice maker unit in the refrigerator wasn't working properly. We would stay again!
