Overall stay was absolutely brilliant, service was outstanding we had the lovely sadiya take care of us she was beyond amazing and helpful we will definitely be coming again.

The whole stay was amazing, sadia the girl who welcomed us was ace, the whole apartment was immaculate. Spotless clean, so cosy and comfortable. 24hr off licence over the road, lots of local take-outs and restaurants. We will 100% be returning. 1 night just wasn't enough

The pillow were harder then I like, no option to swap pillows but that’s a personal preference. The property was excellent otherwise

Staff were very friendly, apartment was very clean, was really able to relax and have a nice time away. Staff were available via text/phone if we had any questions and responded quickly. Will definitely come back.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice the rooms are amazing and definitely worth the prize I will definitely be staying again , thankyou so much for such a pleasant stay I will definitely be recommending these apartments to others 🙂

Signage isn’t very clear. We were unsure if we were in the right place because it doesn’t say serenity apartments anywhere on entry

Sadiyah was very accomodating. Originally meant to stay for one night but we loved it that much we had to book in for another day the day after. She even went the extra mile to keep us in the same room by giving the next customer another room. Very clean apartments & the missus loved it. Absolutely spot on

I liked everything about this property, this is the most luxurious place I’ve ever stayed I felt like royalty. it was so clean, smelt amazing and I couldn’t asked for anything else

The only thing about this property is the area it’s not pleasing to look at before you get to the property but this doesn’t affect my stay, or the apartments there selfs.

Everything was explained throughly and carful. The jacuzzi was good fun

Modern, fresh and clean the facilities are amazing, especially the Jacuzzi this is our fifth time there now, and we intend to return very very soon

The room was amazing. We have never stayed in anywhere quite like it. Within 5 minutes of posting a video on my socials I had 5 of my friends asking where it is that we are staying. Sadiya has been an amazing host, very friendly, kind and helpful. We upgraded our package so it included a birthday cake, rose petals and no secco. It was lovely!

We ate out for most of our stay, but we did have dinner in. We found it a bit difficult to eat in as there was no dining table.

Exactly as the photographs everything pristine. All you need for the stay. The apartment is exceptional with excellent features. Hosts so friendly and very helpful

It was in the middle of everything was far to get to other places

Me and my husband absolutely loved our room !!!! , with a stunning design to the room honestly exactly what we both wanted and needed especially with the sauna and jacuzzi ..OUTSTANDING!...don't be alarmed by what it looks like on the outside because the inside is a real hidden gem and we both will be 100% back again, the hosts at reception welcomed us so nicely and made us feel so welcome worth EVERY PENNY!

I like the introduction how they told you about everything, how to use all facilities. Wonderful clean place. Pictures are exactly how it is person. Honestly can’t go wrong I never write reviews I had to for this place it was very nice coming from Birmingham and I think the lady who gave us our rooms keys was sadiya beautiful lady very helpful.

Everything was beyond what I was expecting. The facilities (sauna and jacuzzi) were amazing and the host was lovely. We were made to feel at ease from the second we arrived in the car park. The host showed us around and explained how everything worked without making us feel stupid, and was incredibly funny (she could totally be a comedian). She also recommended restaurants and great spots to help us out. I would definitely come here again and I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know.

Stunning lighting, very up-to-date and effective technology including a tv in the bathroom. Everything was so clean. There are some small but such thoughtful details like an ice tray that a lot of places don’t usually think of. The bed was so comfy. The lady that greeted us and showed us the room was so so lovely and down to earth. Will definitely be going back at some point in the future!

Once arriving me and my husband gave each other a look of worry at the apperance of outside when pulling up we thought we was at the wrong place it was like a backstreet council estate it looked like very run down council flats but we said let’s give them a chance …. I’m so disappointed that I agreed all of the rubbish piled outside should have been enough it was for me but my husband wanted to give it a chance. Once going inside the room to eye it looked stunning but not until actually sitting down and chilling out were we surprised to find the wallpaper peeling of gems missing on the bed and the room itself was absolutely riddled with mould so bad that the mould on the ceiling had formed a hole and was overflowing all out onto the ceiling it was just disgusting you cannot even imagine. That’s wasn’t it for the Mould it was riddled all around the windows also on the floor by the hot tub there was a large black patch the size of a watermelon working its way from the floor up the wall. There was “must of been from previous guests” rubbish, vapes and a condom rapper down the side of the sofa after dropping my phone down the side I was sickened to pull that contents up along with my phone 🤢 Netflix didn’t work as “too many people were watching” all night until around 4am when we just decided to get our heads down quick enough to get the hell out of there ! The walls are paper thin so we had the enjoyment of listening to everybody humping and bumping. The place is like attached to other peoples houses there was cats upstairs kids toys in the garden next door in general we didn’t feel safe not one bit. Guys DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR FAKE REVIEWS ! Absolutely rip off for £185 a night id rather of stayed at a Hilton or Marriott Absolutely never again do not recommend a friend do not pass go and do not collect £200 !! Last but not least We added a package to our room as it was our anniversary they gave us “alcohol free nozeco” they’d rubbed of the 0.
