Newly Renovated, Amazing Condo!!!
Questo appartamento sulla spiaggia è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da zone di pesca, da specchi d'acqua in cui nuotare e da molte altre località interessanti. Raggiungere Orange Beach Beaches è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Gulf State Park ti aspetta a 7 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.
Ieri sera hai fatto le ore piccole? Allora rilassati sulla spiaggia o a due passi da una piscina condivisa! In alternativa puoi ascoltare la tua playlist preferita nella vasca idromassaggio. Pernottando qui hai a disposizione anche un balcone. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

This was our second time to stay in Phoenix West II. Love this resort styled condominiums! This unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and included everything we needed. The master bed was great but time to replace the other king. The built in bunk beds are genius over the two Queen beds. The grands loved them! The owners knocked it out of the park with the professional decorating! It was exceptionally clean and all the seating was very comfortable. Julia does a fabulous job checking in to see if you need anything and if all was to your satisfaction. She is wonderful. Hope to return soon!

Our family stayed at Phoenix West II (1806). It is a beautiful condo, everything was clean and comfortable. Our family of 9, this includes 3 children, had plenty of space to be together in the living area but also there’s room for privacy, too. The lazy river and slide were fun for the whole family. Julia is so easy to work with and very responsive if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing but needed 2 weeks rather than just one :(The only complaint is that the toilets smell like urine. Same in different units that we’ve stayed in previously as well. Idk if the toilet seals aren’t sealed or what but I have to hold my breath everytime I go into toilet area.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this kid-friendly condo. We have a range of ages that stayed with us so needed a place that everyone could relax and have fun! The littles LOVED the bunks and boat above the dining room table. Our teenager loved having plenty of her own space with the 4 bathrooms! We could all get ready and be out the door in record time with all 7 of us staying in the condo. The balcony view is stunning! The beach and location cannot be beat! The indoor and outdoor pools were also a hit and provided variety. Lots of local places to eat and grocery options. The elevators could be a sore spot depending on the time of day, but it really only impacted us when we had hangry grumpy kids. The beach rental (chairs and umbrella) were also worth having a designated spot each day. The condo had all basic kitchen appliances, ice maker, and laundry machines/dryer. The only issue I had with the condo was the fridge water system. I do not recommend drinking the fridge water as the spout was filthy, so bring lots of bottled water!

Grandparents, children and grands loved this condo. You use the elevator and everything is right there. Pool on ground, exercise on another. Indoor, outdoor pool, beach. We were told they were adding a bar with some food on site. That is the only thing I can think of that is missing. Beautiful condo except it didn’t have dressers in the 2 guest rooms. Hard to get organized when you are living out of a suitcase! I hope the owners take care of this!

We loved our two week trip during Christmas and New Years in Orange Beach.
- Ours kids loved the amenities.
- The three bedrooms had very comfy beds and the couches were so comfy. We loved the decor and space.
- I was worried about the elevators, but we never waited more than 30 seconds for one.

We loved this beautifully decorated condo! It was the perfect location for our group of seven women! Kitchen and laundry appliances definitely need replacing and use of TV and dish needs written instructions. Shower curtain in west bathroom kept falling down. But, again, we loved our week and thoroughly enjoyed all the Phoenix West II amenities.

This property was wonderful. It had everything we needed & was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable. The only downfall was the slow elevator situation but that had nothing to do with our individual condo. Our condo & management was 10/10!!

We all enjoyed the property. Unit had higher humidity than expected. Water features were great! Driving onto property was challenging at times with vehicles extending onto highway, especially when female attendant on duty.

I would rate this condo as 3/5. Great location, pool was great and clean. Again the condo size was great but lacked “beach” appearance. Had a mix of French Italian with some beach style. It was out dated. The kitchen lacked supplies , knives dull, no storage containers for use, kitchen facet and dishwasher need to be upgraded. I would rate this condo 3/5 and would likely go elsewhere on next visit as price and what we got did not match.

Great experience overall and condo was exactly as expected. Towels could be have been better quality but got the job done. Elevators were down some but were being worked on right away. Beautiful location.
