Some of the equipments in the room needs change. The kettle was not working properly.The rugs were old

Aesthetics very good. Service and staff very good. Would suggest management to keep cycles for hire to use at Shantiniketan

Excellent Property. Highly Maintained one. Rooms are huge. Staffs are very cordial and attended calls within minutes. Firstly we were provided the ground level rooms, but on request immediately shifted to first floor without any apprehension (ofcourse suitable rooms were available). Yummy food with ample quantity. Evening cultural programs was so soothing and heartfelt.

Non availability of lift facility. The sensor card was not working in our room and the key was difficult to use.

The swimming pool was very small and depth of the pool is around 5 ft , it was like a bigger tub filled with water.Also many guest were using the pool with the their home attire. The kitchen service was very late. I made the room tarrif payment through booking. Com and while making the final payment they added the room tarrif again saying they don't have the payment confirmation from Air pay, they made us waited for half an hour to get confirmed about the payment.

The layout, landscaping, building architecture, swimming pool, serene setting and service

The breakfast and meal spread isn't that great and does not do justice to the rich traditional local cuisine

There should be a Play area for children also

Value for money property and the best part is that the food is very nice.
