Caribe is great place for families with kids of all ages. This particular unit is great for large group. We had 2 adults and 6 teens (ages 13-17) - bunk room was perfect - plenty of beds. Kitchen nice and plenty of seating, but could use better cookware (only 2 old skillets that everything stuck to). Washer and dryer worked fine but very loud - don’t run any loads at night. Corner unit in B building provided bay and ocean views, as well as view of putt putt course. We would definitely rent this unit again with our group.

Our family and friends had the very best time! Will definitely be back to stay.

The condo was very spacious and pretty. Amenities were good. Everything was in working order. The only complaints I have is there was a good bit of mold/mildew in the master shower, a sewage type smell in there as well. The bedroom that had a bath attached had a mildewed shower curtain. The den couch is in my opinion filthy! Has alot of stains on it. Could use a good cleaning.

Very clean. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Lots of activities located on property. Will look forward to staying in the future.

It was a nice visit, there were a hang up with an appliance leaking everywhere, the person that you report the problem to was not pleasant to talk to. They did get the issues cleared up and the maintenance man was very helpful. Over all, very nice place to stay. Would stay again, just pray a little more for the lady answering the phone. ❤️

We stayed here in June. The condo was so nice, clean, and very roomy! There are only 2 things I wish were different and it has absolutely nothing to do with the condo itself. The condo is not on the bay side. You can see the gulf across the road, but cannot hear or feel the breeze from it. The parking lot is right below and actually pretty noisy. So wish this unit was on bayside! Would have been perfect! The second is access to the beach. The trolleys are great, but the walk from the stop is HORRENDOUS! Be prepared to walk a long way! I actually preferred to park and pay at the public beach across the road than have to walk where the trolley takes you. The pools close at 8 except for 1. Kinda bummed about that. The amenities are nice. We had 4 vehicles because we were a large group. We ALL had to buy parking passes at $25 each. Not a single one was included in the price. Like I said though, the condo is large, and had bedding to fit all our needs! If you have a large group all wanting to stay together, this condo would definitely do that!

We notified maintenance numerous times but never showed up to fix the issue. The workers at the Marina were rude and gave incorrect information regarding when we could purchase live bait. It would also be helpful to know in advance that you cannot place umbrellas/tents on the pier while fishing.

Items that need to be addressed are ice maker on wet bar had significant mold, still not addressed in previous review from another guest. Hall bathroom shower drained very slowly & would therefore fill the tub while showering. Living room couches sit too low, making it very hard to get up. Top basket in dishwasher needs to be fixed. Jets in master bathtub didn't work. Some cookware didn't seem to be cleaned very well before our use. These issues didn't seem to impact our stay, but were inconveniences. We were first time guests, overall had a good time and will plan a future trip with you again.

It's well layed out and maintained. The resort staff always smiles and say "hi". We have been wintering in the G.S./Orange Beach area for 12 years and this is our favorite spot. The only down side to our stay was some of the pools and the lazy river were down for maintenance for part of the winter. Early in our stay we had several questions for Aqua Vacations. They quickly and professionally responded to our needs. We felt like they really cared about us. What a great stay!

This property was amazing! It was cold but the indoor pools and hot tubs did the trick. The view was nice and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 8.

Property was all that it promised to be. Plenty of room for all. Would love to come back in warmer weather when we could enjoy all the amenities. We did make use of the gym and the indoor pool.

This condo was great for our group of 13! There were a few things that could be improved/updated (the ice maker was amazing but dirty, the top rack of the dishwasher was broken, the couch could be replaced, floor mats or at least a towel to be used in the bathrooms…) but overall, the place had an amazing view and was decent. We would stay here again!

Great experience! Close to the beach, restaurant and fishing within walking distance. Room was clean, spacious and stocked well, only had a few minor maintenance issues. Would definitely stay again.

The resort space is awesome! Better than we anticipated, but, this unit needs help! Many things needed to be addressed - Remotes had dead batteries, latch to patio not operational, dishwasher rack not working(and was full of dishes upon our arrival) bathroom and floors throughout lacking cleanliness upon our arrival. The unit needs a deep cleaning - ceiling fans and kitchen ceiling were nasty. The patio also had sticky something all over the ground. Likely more suitable for bigger kids/adults.

Property (Caribe) is fantastic to stay at. Condo is a worn and outdated, could use a good solid deep clean. The bathroom that opens to the hallway the tub does not drain, the bunk room beds mattresses are extremely thin. If an adult plans to sleep there I would reconsider as you can feel the slats on 3 of the 4 beds.

Overall I was happy to book this stay. The condo could use a lot more attention. The description was a bit misleading in that it stated the main bedroom included a king and a queen. This was not the case. Housekeeping could have been better. Showers had mildew and the laundry room had mildew on the walls and ceiling which was very concerning. There were crumbs left on the sofa bed in the living room. I did like the setup and the decor but definitely could have been a lot better.

Reviewer Comments: We found Caribe B-510 to be spacious and generally clean, but it had a significant problem with the refrigerator/freezer, and several other wear and tear problems. Also, the VRBO description was deceptive in that the guest room beds are listed as queen and king size, which they are not. They are both full size. None of the couches are hide-a-bed, so I don't know how it is possible to sleep 14 people here unless you bring your own air mattress.The biggest problem was that the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling properly. They are set to the coldest setting, but only the lower sections are getting sufficiently cool. Ice cream placed in the upper part of the freezer was found melted. This needs to be fixed ASAP before someone gets food poisoning.There are a number of wear and tear issues that need to be addressed:-The living room couch closest to the wall with the TV is falling apart, needs to be replaced.- The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is loose from the toilet, needs to be replaced.- There is a light bulb out in the guest room closest to the front door.- The curtain in the guest room with balcony access has curtain rings missing.- The upper kitchen cabinet to the right of the refrigerator has a broken hinge.- All of the inner shower curtains were nasty, need to be replaced.- The inside of the icemaker needs cleaning.- The kitchen trash can foot pedal doesn't work, can needs to be replaced.

We absolutely loved the resort and all the pools. Great location also!
