The game room was uninhabitable due to mouse/rat urine and feces. The smell was horrible, and the agent just brought over air freshener and left it on the porch. The inside of the oven had been sprayed with cleaner but only half wiped-out leaving cleaner layered on the inside. The dishwasher didn't work. The listing calls out a pool and hot tub but there is no heat so not sure why they would consider it a hot tub. It also stated there is an Xbox for the kids and there are just no cables to hook it to the tv. Definitely not what was expected from the listing or the price.

We had a wonderful time here. There's plenty of room for people to hang out and have a good time. The neighborhood is nice and close to tons of good food and convenient stores. We stayed for a weekend to house our wedding party and it was fantastic.

This property had a great location - central to many appealing things like Target, Stonebriar Mall, Highways, and food options. The house would easily accommodate 2 or more families vacationing together. We used it for a work retreat (8-11 people meeting in the house during the day, 8 overnight adult guests with room sharing for some) and it served our function well. We had an issue with one of the TVs and the property manager was quick to respond and even offered to run to Walmart to replace it for us at the beginning of our stay. The pool could use a resurfacing and a new grill, but those were minor blemishes on an overall enjoyable stay at this property.

Nice area quiet.. property owner was easy to communicate with. Responded quickly to any concerns. Pool was awesome. Kids enjoyed themselves. Awesome place.

Property was great and in great location. A few things to improve…There were barely any towels for showers let alone the pool Suggest stocking more. Also not enough hangers. Pictures show steamer and iron in laundry room. No steamer and iron was broken. Also ensure all light bulbs are checked or replaced as needed. Timer on lights is also a challenge for tenants. All in all we would stay again but the previously mentioned suggestions would be easy improvements for your guests.

I understand that it’s “staging” but the house wasn’t as modern as its online presentation made it appear. Some dishes were dirty, cabinets and furniture broken, a vanity was leaking and the pool was filthy when we arrived. To his credit, Kamal immediately responded to all of our concerns and resolved everything within hours. He gets five stars!

The house had everything we needed for our stay. We were here for a funeral and had people of all ages and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. Great master suite and large, nice kitchen.

i could rate this as one of my best stays and we had really enjoyed our stay. Host Kamal is highly accommodative, hospitable and I can say that he is the best host. I certainly recommend it and assure a pleasant stay and lovely experience.

The property was well appointed and as described. There was plenty of room for 10 people to sleep over, the pool was nice and the house was clean. It would have been nice to have a cutting board in the kitchen and the kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off. Overall a great property.

small bachelorette celebration
We reserved this house for a small bachelorette celebration of four people. We had chef's come and prepare us dinner (the open concept kitchen was perfect for that), and everyone had their own bedroom. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood, and we loved having a pool to cool off in late in the afternoon. I would definitely book this property again!

Broken air conditioner in summer
The downstairs AC didn’t work. The repair didn’t happen while we were there. It made the house miserably hot. The host offered to move us but the relocation was too far way. He also gave a $299 credit. I appreciate his effort but no AC in texas summer is rough.

Family Trip to Frisco, TX
I would recommend staying at this beautiful home. We picked this home for our family vacation to Frisco because we wanted to have a big enough house that everyone could have their own room/space for themselves. We stayed for an extended weekend and it was in a great location to drive down the street to the grocery store, food restaurants, or right onto the freeway to get downtown. We were excited to have a pool at the house so that the kids and adults could enjoy swimming around. It was great, but I will say the pictures make the pool look a bit larger than it is in person. After we initially checked in we needed additional cleaning, but once I reached out to Kamal (the host) he immediately addressed our concerns. Kamal was a GREAT host and I did have to reach out to him a couple of times throughout my stay for a few missing items, but he was SUPER responsive and he would respond back within 90 seconds almost every time, so that was AMAZING! Overall it was a great trip and huge thanks to Kamal for hosting my family in his home.

the annoying neighbor who could not tolerate kids enjoying the swimming pool with reasonable noise and laughs. The neighbor is very rude and making threatening noises on the fence while kids having fun in the swimming pool. As long as these neighbors exist no family could enjoy the stay in those VRBO houses. My family members also not happy as they were told not to gather in the front yard as they are all taking pictures before getting into three cars. There are no wild parties as this house was used primarily to sleep and taking rest. These kind of properties should not be encouraged to be part of VRBO community as we were paying premium monies with rules not to talk and walk in the front yard. I do not recommend this property because of the annoying neighbor.

Great central location
loved our stay at this property. Very centrally located to all activities in Frisco. We stayed to attend the FCS Championship football game in 2022. We had some questions and the owner had immediate response to help us out. Thank you

Overall the property seemed well maintained.
We were surprised that there was no silverware or maybe
we just didn't see it. The lighting being on timers was a little frustrating -Taking a shower in the dark is not a preference. They
did come back on after a period of time.

Looks can be deceiving
Great pictures is what attracted us to the home, especially the pool for the kids. But note the listing included a note that the heaters for the pool is not turned on, which rendered the pool useless since we arrived in the fall. It was just too cold to use. The cleaners did a horrible job; floors felt sticky, mold in all the bathroom walls, including lining of the washing machine. We indicated our party total was 11, but the utensils didn’t have enough for us. It also had a camera on the exterior front entrance to the side kind of tucked away, which was unusual and weirded us out. But the location was great and convenient.

We came for a conference and it was a great house with three bathrooms and extra sinks. The linens were clean and fresh and the house had lots of extra spaces.

Beautiful property
Spacious beautiful home that was perfect for our sons wedding weekend. The house is very clean, close to restaurants, shopping and venues. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this rental. 10+

Great place, great location
Lots of space for family fun and privacy if needed. Light sensor switches were a little annoying but painter's tape saved the day. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Centrally Located
No issues at all. The property was as advertised and the owner/property manager texted us on our arrival day. If your event is in North Dallas area, I recommend staying here. This property is just right around the corner from a mall, numerous stores and restaurants.

Great place in Frisco
It was very enjoyable in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great. We had no issues at all. Would stay here again if we have a chance to visit Dallas again for a few days.

Experienced Stay
Everything was great. The only issue was that the AC was not as comfortable in the main house as we would have liked. The sitting areas in the garage and by the pool were a welcome location to beat the heat.

Clean, relaxing, beautiful stay
I stayed here comfortably with an 8-people group. The place is cozy and has everything you would need. The host is very responsive and communicative during our entire stay. Definitely would recommend it to any groups traveling to Dallas!

Beautiful home, but no how to book to assist renters.
The home was beautiful and roomy. We enjoyed the home outside the issues. next time will read the reviews before leasing. A previous review indicated they were given snacks and cold beverages. We had none. The TVs did not have anyway to watch unless you have subscriptions. No book to tell how things work in the house, list of restaurants, hospitals, etc. The owner indicated we could use our subscriptions to Netflix, etc. for watching the TVs and google is our best friend for restaurants, etc. Two of the people are in their 80's and wanted to watch their soaps on local channels. I understand that the pool wasn't heated, but to have a hot tub not heated. The baseboards were really dirty and we had to wash bedding due to smelling musty. There were bugs and spiderwebs throughout the house. The owner did answer my calls and emails promptly, which is a plus, but didn't help us. Once again we enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home, but wish we had local channels and fresh smelling bedding.

Pros and cons
The location is great and the pool is fun for young kids. The house is laid out well and comfortable for a large family. We were disappointed in the level of cleanliness. We left the house cleaner than it was when we arrived - it is in need of an extensive deep cleaning (e.g., dirt in drawers, filthy kitchen and bathroom floors). We were also disappointed in the lack of necessary accommodations (e.g., towels, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils and supplies, etc.). The owner was prompt in responding to us but didn’t necessarily resolve all our concerns.
