It was very clean, the shower was nice and the bed was comfortable.

As we entered on the first day of our stay, we noticed the wallpaper was peeling away, there was mould on one of the small shampoo/conditioner tubes and we didn’t have a bin.

Location

No kettle, uncomfortable beds, woken at 530am with fire alarm and when we left our room all the fire doors were locked. Tried to check out at 8 and there was nobody about to give the key back to. Very noisy

Very close to everything you need food,drink travel and for the price was well worth it.

Maybe a kettle and tea and coffee would be nice but it's no big deal really.

Nothing at all, after the experience we received!

Apart from load music going on we were prepared for & thankfully wedding finished early but the family room is located next to a beer garden, fag den! The room was stifling & we had to open our window as they didn’t have a fab available. Smokers sit rite outside the window in the pic nic benches & can smoke to all hours. We wasn’t told this & this continued till 1.30am till we had enough & packed up & left with our 6yr old at 1.50am and our room stunk of fags & weed. Lady who was in charge offered no alternative & basically was tough the guests can use the beer garden to smoke any time. They were happy to see a 6yr old child out in the early hours, no customer service skills whatsoever. I offered her to smell our room but was too interested in the neighbours weed issue. I’d like a full refund as we did not stay at this awful place, definitely not for families, unless your a smoker then it’s perfect.

Room was clean but very basic

Beware they list live evening entertainment and karaoke.not a problem if you dont mind not sleeping before 1am. There is so much noise that sleep before 1am is impossible. As far as management are concerned your just have to put up with it. Stayed in many hotels around the UK this is with out dout the worst. Paid for 2 nights, only stayed. Was promised a call from management, to date still waiting

Staff were polite and helpful

Went with family and expected few basic things. - No bin in the room - No remote for TV - No kettle in room - The room was next to side exit and it's been full of people smoking and loudly shouting despite late until midnight. - My family didn't even step out fearing any abuse behaviour from drunk men quarrelling constantly near the side exit door.
