Todavia estoy esperando que el anfrition me conteste a dudas de: tendremos toallas para todos? Habra sal o azucar en el apartamento? En cambio el anfitrion si insistio mucho en aceptar sus normas, despues de eso nunca mas se supo de el. Demasiado caro para ubicacion y servicios que ofrece.

Solo tiene un baño cuando indica dos, la bañera es inaccesible provocando caidas. En las habitaciones habian telarañas por las paredes. La calefacción no funcionaba bien, llegabas y estaba la vivienda muy fria y te despertabas por las mañanas e igual. Las camas no eran comodas. Faltaron toallas y NO habia papel higuienico. No dejaron tan si quiera vasos, platos y cubiertos suficientes para todos. Esta MUY lejos del transporte publico (ya sea metro o bus)

Le logement possède énormément de défauts et est à la limite de l'utilisable. La chaudière n'est pas fiable et tombe en panne régulièrement avec obligation de la réinitialiser. C'est une déconvenue importante, surtout lorsque l'on voyage avec un bébé en bas âge. Le logement est détérioré en beaucoup d'endroits : meubles ayant pris l'humidité, robinets cassés, plomberie fuyante, jardin inutilisable. De plus la boîte à clé permettant l'accès au logement était vide à notre arrivée. La portée du réseau wifi est faible et ne couvre qu'une petite partie du logement. Le quartier est bruyant et la maison mal isolée du bruit. Le quartier est également peut rassurant en terme de sécurité et fréquentation, ce qui est un point négatif lorsqu'il faut marcher 15 minutes pour attraper le métro. En somme, le logement est à la limite de l'acceptable.

Facility was clean and location was good.

We didn't have heating. Host promised to send an engineer to fix the issue but never did till we left. Send an email to them expressing my frustration but it was neither acknowledged nor responded to. The video link they provided in the pre-arrival instructions did not work as the video was no longer available online. My children were exposed to cold throughout the duration of our stay.

The location of the property is excellent. I like the fact that it is located in a quiet and peaceful environment. Shopping centers are easily accessible by walking.

The facility does not have a Microwave which makes it uncomfortable to warm food. Also, I like coffee but there are no coffee maker/cafetiere. I had to source for it. In addition, there's an opportunity for the host to improve on response time in resolving issues/enquiries.

Everything-it was just perfect for our stay!

The number of rooms and space, but VERY deceiving. Read the dislikes! CONTINUED FROM DISLIKES: Number (5) below stopped because I reached my limit in letters in complaints. The handles point inwards a good 2 inches that when you do go reaching for your clothes, you get scratched or clothes caught and torn, never let the kids go to the cupboards. 6) Garden had a half cut water bottle filled with water and cigarette butts that wasn't even thrown away! 7) Toilet kept tilting corner to corner and creaked every time anyone used it and until last day was worried it would break when using it by any guest. This is NOT a place good for families. I will conclude it here but I wanted to pass on the message that this is a place not worth 70% of the price they are charging in my opinion.

Keep in mind I paid for two weeks which is a lot of money for their services. They say its non refundable because I am guessing previous tenants have bailed when they visited. 1) Cleanliness! Abysmal. My check in was 1st of July and by 2nd of July I brought a company to clean, attached photo of my receipt to prove it, clean from top to bottom. Spider webs everywhere, inside and all over garden. Garden very unwell kept like a previous reviewer mentioned and photographed, no change since. Red stain on one of the bed sheets (I bring my own anyway but very unwelcoming). Cleaning company also said that the carpet stain is because of oil and cannot be cleaned. The sanitation is in no way suitable for kids. 2) It has only ONE bathroom, that is split in two. One has a toilet and sink, the other is shower and sink. So the whole family is technically on one bathroom for usage and showering. In addition, shower didn't work because the handle was broken. I informed the contact in charge and they replied to me that that has been brought to their attention from a previous guest but did not fix it. Photo number 2 is their email reply back. 3) Food left over what looks like from previous 3 guests I imagine. You name it, half packets of salt, food in the freezer, box of cereal, variety of canned foods one of each, and much more. I just put them in the top shelf in every cupboard there was left over foods. 4) Wooden doors in kitchen were loose and the living room, literal safety hazard for kids. The one under refrigerator specifically. Freezer door didn't close shut fully so accumulated ice made it worse to close. I didn't think I needed to go bring with me an ice melt to use the freezer. 5) Cupboard handles scratch you because I will repeat that I booked for two weeks so do the math of how much I paid. Also, I gave it a 2.0 overall score just incase I choose 1.0 and it may be mistaken as a 10 (ten). I never disliked I place I stayed as much as this one.

Great flat, lots of space and outdoor garden was ideal for entertaining kids.
