El control de t.v. no funcionó y no pude ver nada, la taza del baño no tenía tapa.

La atención en recepcionista fue muy amable
El estacionamiento es privado y seguro
al comentar en recepcion que la habitación no era la que habíamos reservado quedo de checar con su gerente para ver una solución ya que supuestamente booking tiene mal las imágenes de las habitaciones hasta la fecha no tuvimos ninguna solución nos tocó una pésima habitación ya que no tenia ventilación y si abríamos la persiana de la ventana nos veían los demás huéspedes y era super incómodo
No nos pudieron dar otra habitación ya que el hotel estaba lleno
No se soporto el calor, no tenia lo que decía la descripción de booking empezando por la plancha y el secador de pelo.
Las sabanas tenían una mancha de sangre la cual vimos hasta el día de nuestra salida
MALA EXPERIENCIA buscamos descansar pero fue todo lo.contraio muy agotador 😥

Hay mucho ruido, el garage eléctrico es muy ruidoso y la construcción no aísla el ruido, el servicio de aseo puede mejorar

It's new, clean, spacious.
The wifi was slow, and there was no fan nor a/c so in the morning it gets very warm, even thourgh the curtains were there.
Also the wall to the bathroom is half-transparent, so you don't get full darkness during the night, as there are no curtains there.

I liked the price they asked for a night
The pictures gave the impression of peaceful rooms with a lot of sunlight coming in. I was in a room that felt more like a basement without direct sunlight coming in. Room 1 was on the ground floor located directly next to the stairs so when you are in your bed you hear everyone talking while they are passing to go upstairs and you hear people talking at the reception. Just make sure you book the right room as shown on the picture when you are staying there. I was not able to switch because it was fully booked, but the other rooms must be better because of the high rates other visitors gave this place.

Overall it was fine, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is relatively quiet. The parking couldn't be much more secure. The staff didn't speak any english (being that it's Mexico I can't really fault them for that...), but this didn't stop them from trying their best to communicate anyways.
It's pretty much just a place to sleep, which isn't necessarily bad, but there isn't much atmosphere to the place.

Comfortable bed, nice day light and shower with good pressure .
Staff should trust their guests and review policies. Their policy is to keep your room key whilst you go outside of the hotel. One night when I came back one of the members of staff provided me with the wrong key! Not ok breach of privacy, they could have given my key to anyone else. At check out they wanted to check the room for imperfections before I left, as if I was suspicious of something...

The design and outdoor space is really fun. The zen sand garden was a neat find.

It is clean, the bed is so confortable, i love the shower, the place is quiet, you don't hear any car or street noise. Nice big flat screen with many many series or movies. And staff is very helpfull and friendly. Nice coffee shop at 3 min walk (Breaking Bread).
One of my 2 best hotel in Mexico so far.
Unfortunatly if you have noisy neighbour, you will hear them making love, walking with shoes (i guess it was high heel), talking, taking shower.
I experienced it 1 night of my 6 nights there. That's why i can not give a 10.
Also one of the receptionist don't like to wear his mask.

when I booked the room they showed me these pics so I wanted that room. when I arrived they gave me another room way smaller, basic and very cold room when. I suppose to get the “superb room”. They told me they will speak to the manager and maybe offer me a better room but that never happened.

This hotel offers good, clean and comfortable stay at a good price. It's located in a safe area of the city with good restaurants and cafés although is not very central. The staff is very kind and helpful. I've stayed there twice and will definitely stay there next time.
There's no restaurant at the hotel and no coffee machine inside the room, so one needs to go to a vending machine to get a coffee or snacks. It is also a bit hidden and taxi drives struggle to find it, mostly because it doesn't have the name of the hotel or any signalisation outside and it looks like a normal house from the street. The refrigerator inside the room is a bit loud and in the night it's a bit annoying. Both times that I've stayed there, there has been also some sort of construction work noises in the morning.
