Very clean. Nomsa/Receptionist was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The place is centrally located and a walking distance from Florida road and close to all amenities.

I will suggest they put a sign indicating the actual entrance as there are 2 entrances, which can be very confusing.

Nomsa. She is an amazing host.

The fact that Nomsa is a cleaner, a guard, a receptionist, she does the laundry herself and she hardly got any sleep while i was there because she had to deal with drunk clients in the middle of the night and get up early to assist guests... As a woman, I wont go back there if Nomsa is being treated like that again...besides, it might be unsafe as a tourist and vusiness person to sleep where there is no security after a day of sales. It would slso be nice to also have kettles in the rooms and some coffee/tea sachets and drinking water, just as a welcome gesture.
