I liked that there wasnt a long queue at check in and check out. Location seems good too

The view of the mountain from our room was lovely. The view from the top at the restaurant is amazing. The room was very spacious and great to have the two connected rooms. The bathroom was quirky but fun! The beds were comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was fantastic. The café on the corner of the building was a highlight. The staff at the café were very informative. and the food was worth while especially the breakfast.

When we first arrived the room smelt of cigarette smoke. We later realised the smoke came from another room. The sofa bed was not made up for the third person in our party. The staff were slow to help us and didn't understand why we would need sheets for the sofa bed even though that is what we paid for. The WiFi was not great.

This hotel is right at the foot of the famous Kek Lok Si Temple, and just next to Air Itam market where lots of nice local food and eateries abound. The room is clean with the standard amenities like fridge, tissues, 2 dustbins, disposable tooth brush, toothpaste, water boiler, coffee, tea, cups, hair dryer, working TV, WIFI, safe deposit box, hand soap and toiletries. The scenery out of the full length glass window was spectacular.

The location is bustling with lots of cheap and nice local eateries in the morning, but once dusk sets in, most of the shops are closed and you will need to book a taxi or Grab car out for other night spots or eateries. The clips on the clothes hangers are broken.

The hotel ws ideally located near Penang Hill. The market , food stalls was just outside the hotel. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and responded well to our issues. There was ample parking for hotel guest even though the parking was open to the public. The view from the hote was plesant especially at night. The area was quiet during the nght with minimum traffic so very peaceful sleep.

Was given an uncleaned room, which was not a good start, considering that we pre-booked. However this was resolved quickly. Apart from that no further complaint or issues.

the air-condition getting cool process in the room a bit slow, and the room floor carpet cleaning need to improve. House keeping service speed need to improve, as we had request extra toilet roll paper but it need to request twice only reach to us.
