Wonderful condo! It was perfectly cleaned and smelled fresh. Probably one of the best condos I’ve stayed in, in a very long time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama in PCB. 1204 was comfortable, clean, and had a great view of the beach! It’s high up enough to drown out most of the pool noise (which was not bad most nights). The bed in the master was soooooo comfortable. I’m definitely going to miss that. The convenience of being right on the beach was great. Chair rental wasn’t overpriced for what I’ve seen elsewhere ($50/day for 2), and one of the less crowded beach areas in PCB. Still very easy to get to all the fun areas in town!

Definitely felt beachy. Loved all the Decor. Sliding glass doors to the balcony from master BR and LR. Great view of beach and pool. Plenty of room for the 5 adults that stayed. Fast elevators, great parking,close to everything, had no problems. Definitely would stay again. The Blairs, TN

For the price you pay to have it cleaned ,it just isnt. We had to mop our selves and the floor was filthy, tv in rooms didnt work,they never check drawers nor clean under beds ,filthy...cabinets falling apart frigerator was rusty but overall had a nice veiw and plenty of room

This trip has been our favorite one ever. The property is clean, great decor, and exceptional place to stay. We fell in love with the property and will always check with this Warren Beach rental property for our next trip. We would give 10 stars if possible.

The internet barely worked. This was extremely frustrating for all of us. Coffee pot was tricky, but we managed. There was no working outlet in the bunk room. The vacation was great, but would not stay at Sterling Breeze again without better internet

The property was clean and the Grand Panama did a great job of keeping the common areas cleaned. Unfortunately the pool was closed twice for maintenance issues but the beach was incredible. The short walk to the beach was the best part.

Everything was fine except that there was a smell of dog urine throughout the apartment even one of the furniture apparently had been urinated on and has not been cleaned or changed(my cousin sat on the furniture and as soon as he got up he smelled dog urine) everything else was fine.

Great time in the condo. There were some holes in the bathroom walls and one of the hand towels rings was coming out of wall. For what this condo costs it would have been nice to have extra to, paper towel and garbage bags. Make sure you bring your own. Other than that, a nice place and very beach.

We loved this location. It was very central to all things we like doing. The place was just as described. My 6 year old loved the bunk beds. Bathrooms were large and kitchen had everything we needed. Only complaint was that the sheets were not changed before we arrived. The beds were made but BOTH bedrooms had hair on the sheets. We aren't complainers so we just washed them and went on. That's just a cleaning agency issue. Pool was great and so was the beach! At night there were people playing and singing by the Tiki Bar area....very nice. We also liked that you could order drinks/food from the tiki bar.

The location of this condo was great but the parking was a nightmare. On the 4th of July all parking spaces were full with people parking on the side of the street and in towaway zones. The electricity went out twice, 2 elevators went out at different times leaving people waiting 10 to 15 minutes for elevator. The condo was not very clean, floors were sticky. Both beds had fitted sheets that would not stay on, they need deep pocket sheets. It is aggravating when you have to get up during the night to remake bed because every time you turn over the sheet pops off the corners! Parking passes are $30 each you should be able to park, also with the price for a week you expect clean floors and decent sheets. Don't think I will stay there again.

Our week spent in the condo was so awesome we didn’t want to leave . The check in process was so simple & the condo was just as advertised. It was clean, well stocked & great for our family. Communication with the owner was also great & they responded in a timely manner. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Our family had a great stay at Grand Panama. The condo was clean and cozy and exactly as described in the listing. My only complaint would be the elevators. Upon arrival two worked but by the end of the week we were down to one and had to wait for 30 mins at times. Pool was huge and the snow cone bar was a favorite of the kids. We will definitely stay again!

The entire resort was so clean and well maintained. Every elevator, hallway, and even the walkway to the beach was always spotless! That’s honestly so rare to find. Very pet friendly and easy access to pet areas. The condo itself was so clean and nice, absolutely zero complaints! Will be staying here every year if possible!

A nice clean condo facing the ocean. Everything you need is right there. I thought the check in process was a little clunky, filling in screen after screen on an iPad, but whatever. Highly recommended.

Great location and communication from Maintenance when needed. Nothing better than waking up and having breakfast everyday on the patio overlooking the ocean. Kitchen had more than expected in terms of cooking/eating utensils. The last 2 days there were pretty windy and beaches were closed. However there was lots of other options to occupy time. Mini golf, golf cart rentals, go carts and tons to eat. We did it all! Plan for dinners though- every location had a waiting list for a minimum of 1-2 hours. It was spring break so pretty crowded- just plan ahead, many of the restaurants would text you when your table was ready so we were able to do other things while we waited.

No issues. Excellent place to stay with your family. You will not be disappointed

Everything from booking/reserving, to checking out... was superb. The unit was perfect for us. My Service Dog became very familiar with the elevator, and lots of staff. We had a great time and have not 1 complaint. Thank you, to all at Grand Panama

We had such a great stay at Grand Panama 1204. The view from the balcony can't be beat -- we relaxed there for hours, just watching the water. We even saw dolphins a couple times! Here's what I loved about the condo: - The unit was very clean. Such a relief to feel like we could relax comfortably without wondering if things had been cleaned. - We brought our 14-lb maltipoo. He loved being able to sleep in the master bedroom, which is far away from the main entryway so less noise for him to notice. We took him for walks almost every day along the sidewalk that heads east from the resort. It was really convenient to have that walkable space. - We didn't end up cooking in the unit, but the kitchen was fully stocked for anything I would have needed. We bought basic groceries at Target (mostly snack foods or items for deli sandwiches to keep things easy). The fridge kept all of our food cold. What we loved about the location: - It was nice having covered parking in the garage (located across the street and accessible via an enclosed walkway on the 5th floor) - We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked beautiful. - Beach access couldn't have been easier. - Super close to everything. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and a short drive to places like Target for groceries.

This condo was exactly as described, very clean brought our Yorkie and loved the oceanfront views. They even left us a box of candy as we were there for Valentine’s Day. Apartment is very quiet right next door to elevator. 5 minute drive to Walmart. Less than 10 minutes to Peir Park. I highly recommend this unit for others looking for a great vacation.
