It's not hotel, it's a trap it's cheating and trap by using fake address they have added address as viman nagar (sorry viman nagar is 5 kms far), near phoenix mall (that's 4 kms far)from main road it's 2 kms inside, call KHULEWADI, surrounded by slum, cow dung, open drainage water, No food No facilities around 3 kms, you will die if you book this hotel, the real name is not "Super Hotel O Viman Nagar Near Phoenix Mall" it's samrudhi lodge, no drinking water( after arguments they gave Municipal tap water with clorine smell - named as RO water, no basic amenities, TV hanging on wall are dummies, No care if you die also, unfortunately I had made payment or else wouldn't have checked in, saw 4 to 5 couples, group, who came broke their head with RUDE Receptionist (chapri) and left from main gate, at entry gate you will see Cow dung, sewage water flowing l, foul smell everywhere, they were not refunding my money, washroom taps , basin commode were extremely dirty yellowish brownish in colour, no one paid attention to clean, washroom taps were coated with rust and white cements, metallic tapes to control leakage, plus without your requirement in hot summer it was pouring and giving Boiling water, it was 24/7. It's trap and nothing to appreciate about and OYO, Booking.com is well aware about this trap and intentionally they are fooling people by shaking hands and trying to be sobar. I would never ever recommend this hotel as this is just a piece of garbage, illiterate staff, no hygiene, no maintenance, not even real name "Samruddhi lodge", and yes it's not at all near viman nagar or phoenix mall all are around 5 to 6 kms from from this hotel, just for mere food or basics I had to literally walk 3 kms one side, and staff says they are helpless, they can't do anything about this. Bloody jerks, I am gonna put the review of this hotel , Oyo, booking.com to minimum 20 sites to ensure people see real face of yours.

I would rate Samruddhi Park Inn very very high. The staff are very service oriented, very prompt in making the guests feel comfortable. Surprisingly the decor was eye-catching, very well presented in many respects, to fit the name. Of course, improvements are always welcoming. I am sure with the staff in place, it will only get better. I will recommend it to friends and family.

Top notch location.... Centrally located.... Top class hospitally... All types of food available in the Restaurant... Further the manager makes the stay super pleasurable.... Rooms are very good...

Overall experience was excellent. Location, breakfast and dinner choice was absolutely awesome. Staff made our stay memorable. Special thanks to the chef for delicious food and taking care of us.

Very ill maintained. The room I was in for 7 hours (needed to rest and shower after very early flight arrival) and leave by 10am - The bed was passable - The bathroom was clean but toilet flush as broken Location was reachable based on coordinates given but even auto driver was wondering where he was going. This is a place 15 mins from Airport but in rural part of Nagar road. Restaurant, we can't call it a restaurant. At best an ill maintained bachelor's mess/ eatery. Very basic food. Increase the charges a bit but maintain the place bit better.
