We enjoyed the place, the property manager was very helpful and very friendly, the place has everything you need, the only thing I don't like is the garage is small and we struggled to accommodate the two cars we had, the stairs are a little long and without breaks, but in general it is a good place to arrive, we leave it as clean as possible even and when cleaning is paid for, the place invites you to leave it as you saw it when you arrived.

We had a great time in the flagstaff area and this house was a perfect home base. We come to Flaggstaff often and this house has a Great set-up. Kitchenware was great, plenty of towels. TV worked perfectly and access is super easy. Owners were super helpful and responsive and very accommodating. We’ll be back very soon we hope!!

Had a lovely stay! The home is centrally located to lots of great areas with hiking and nature trails nearby, and grocery and convenience stores too. The home is new clean and has lots of attention to detail in decor and amenities provided.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. 5 minute drive to downtown and some trails. Sedona about an hour away, Grand Canyon was 1 1/2 hours. Garage parking was nice to have. It is three levels, but that was expected from the information provided so no problem. Thank you for hosting us!

Loved this house! Literally everything about it was amazing. Location, space, decorations, accommodations, amenities, and just the overall feel of “home.” I will definitely try to stay here the next time I visit Flagstaff!

Great beds, mattresses very comfortable. Big kitchen that was well stocked. Easy location to find. It is on a busy road so if road noise bothers you it could be a consideration.

The house was immaculate and had all of the necessities to cook, clean and do laundry for the duration of our stay. The rooms were beautiful and stocked with extra linens and toiletries. This property really had great attention to detail and made our stay wonderful with tons of family board games and snacks upon arrival. The living area had a great setup and large dining table for everyone to gather around. The parking at the complex was a little hard to find, but the 2 car garage was spacious and had room for all the snow gear and a large truck.

This property was Amazing! Pictures do not do it justice, with past experiences of pictures making properties look bigger then they are this was the opposite. It was spacious, roomy and more then comfortable. We had 5 Adults and 5 Teenage girls, fully stocked with everything you could need! Washer and Dryer was a plus for after a day on the slopes and although their were plenty of towels to go around it was nice to freshen them up. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook a big meal and enough seating for us all to sit down together. Beds were all very comfortable, key pad made it easy to enter the house, 2 car garage was great to have. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again if we have the chance. Very, Very Pleased.

Clean and inviting townhouse perfect size for our group of 11. Thoughtful amenities throughout and tasteful furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay and was a great base camp for skiing.

The property was everything stated in the description. Very clean and well organized. Beds were extremely comfy (I am very particular about sleeping accommodations), Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook with ease, which included spices, and the game closet was an appreciated bonus! Kate reached out when we arrived and let us know she would be available, should we need anything. I would definitely book again and refer friends and family. We loved our stay at this house. We loved all the extra comforts of home with the extra cozy blankets, games and the fully stocked kitchen. Everything was perfect and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Kate was so welcoming and her place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and organized. We appreciated all of the extra effort she puts in to make you feel right at home during your stay. Overall we had a wonderful trip to Flagstaff and enjoyed this home. The owner was nice, check in and our was easy, and we had all the amenities we needed. The home is 3 stories so if you struggle with stairs this is probably not the place for you. The living and kitchen area is cosy but its an open floor plan which made it convenient to keep an eye on the kids and there is a 1/2 bath on this level which was great! The downstairs bedroom gets VERY cold but it does have a small heater in the closet which worked quite well to keep the room warm while we slept. All the beds/ mattresses were very comfortable and we slept well except for the bit of traffic you can hear through the home. Note that one entire side of the home is directly off the highway so there is some road noise though aside from one night when an ambulance went by. it did not keep us up too much. The home was very clean (it might even be brand new) and was well appointed with all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. that we needed. Overall this was a great place for our family (2 couples, 3 kids and grandma). It was also very easy to get to Williams for Bearazona and the Grand Canyon Railway, and was only a short drive into the main part of Flag for some Sunday football.

The property is very clean, almost new! I didn’t realize from the listing that it has 3 levels, nor did the person I booked it with. Not a problem for us but might be for seniors.
