We found this property easily on VRBO and it was exactly what we were looking for! We were able to walk on Main Street and enjoy the delicious restaurants and many amazing stores that main street has to offer! I

Overall good stay! The pros: 1. LOCATION....Right off the main street, you can't get a better location than this! 2. The bathroom...the pictures just do not do it justice. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing after a long day of walking. My mom really enjoyed the jacuzzi. However, the shower was the highlight for me! Best shower I have ever had in my life! 3. The little things...the hosts made our stay feel like home. They supplied us with everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, towels, robs, extra pillows and extra blankets). In the kitchen, much to our surprise we found bottled water, snacks, and coffee. The cons: 1. Street parking....normally this would not have been an issue. However, and probably bad planning on my part, we booking a night when a festival was happening. So, parking was crazy. The night of my moms birthday, we were limited to only restaurants in walking distance. If, we had left, we certainly would not have been able to find another place to park close by. 2. The light...while laying in bed a very noticeable light shines in the main bedroom area. This made sleeping for my mom difficult. 3. The noise...while laying in the other sleeping area (couch/day bed) a noticeable noise from the fridge made sleeping for me very difficult. So, while overall this was a very enjoyable stay and we both had alot of fun exploring the area, we both left very tired...

We enjoyed the guest house so much! It was cozy and had all amenities. It was also clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect as it is right off Main street. I walked every morning and grabbed a coffee on the way back. This time of year is fabulous with the Fall decor on the store fronts and looked like it was straight off a Hallmark movie. Thank you for sharing your guest house!!

This was just a short getaway for us. This place was fantastic. The location was great, everything we needed was within walking distance. The accommodations were very cozy and clean. We will definitely plan to stay here in the future.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and did not want to leave! This property is absolutely amazing and wish I could give it 10 stars! Not a detail is missed in the historic decor or the plush amenities, and the property is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cottage with great location and amenities. ( Only issue for concern, front steps are rather steep and uneven. If you have mobility issues, be aware of steps.) After all, this is a historical area with lots of charm!

This home was perfect for a short getaway! It was a great location— just around the corner from the historic main street where we ate and did shopping. We look forward to coming again!

Beautiful property, gorgeous interior. We asked to get in a little earlier, owner at 1pm said cleaner was there and if she finishes she would let us know. She did not. Hard yo believe it took cleaner 3 hours to do rooms. If you don’t want folks in early just say 4pm check in, no exceptions. No towel bars in bathroom, didn’t feel we should have to start washer and dishwasher. With service fee and cleaning fee felt that was a lot to ask guests. Four out of five rating

Our stay was absolutely wonderful in this little piece of history. Every aspect of this house was well thought out and catered perfectly for a relaxing get away. The house and the location to everything in downtown St. Charles was perfect. Only suggestion I would have is to put some small black out curtains or blinds on the window above the door because at about 6:20 am every day the morning sun shines in on the bed with vengeance. But other than that it was great.

Our niece and boyfriend stayed and were so grateful for the beautiful home. Loved the yard and had a wonderful trip.

This location was perfect for me and my husband! We loved how inviting this location is! You want to come in and take in every detail! Great location (walking distance) to Main St. Lots of shops, great food and drinks! Also a great location for ease to get to other places. We went to St Louis Arch, hit up Top Golf and Outlet Mall in Chesterfield and then had a relaxing dinner on the backyard grill! Owners were very easy to communicate with! We will definitely be staying in one of their locations again!

We have stayed in 2 properties in St. Charles from these owners now and loved both places. This is our favorite weekend get away place! Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this gueat house! It was perfect for our 15th wedding anniversary staycation. It was clean, beautiful, and right around the corner from Main street. We went to The Wine Cafe and is was delicious! Highly recommend them and this house. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great trip visiting family around the St. Louis area. This house made the trip that much more special and we hope to come back again!

We loved this place! Location was great. Most of all it was luxurious yet relaxing. From the bed to the jetted tub and lastly the shower! Wow! We will for sure stay again and encourage others too also.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great location to explore St. Charles. It was also easy to get on the interstate and do a few things in St. Louis. I would recommend this for any couple wanting to relax and enjoy.

This property was even better than I imagined. The pictures are incredible, but it’s even better in person. It was the perfect space to get away and relax. The backyard, fire pit, fireplaces, and jacuzzi tub all added to the already dreamy space. Not to mention the prime location, less than a block off Main Street.
