The house was perfect for our stay. It had every amenity you could wish for, was immaculately clean, and in a location that was perfect for us. The beds were both very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. My husband was able to walk to several restaurants to bring meals home as I was unable to travel for several days. The location was quiet yet close to everything we could want. Our host was very accommodating and helped us to be able to enjoy our stay while not a vacation! I highly recommended this house to anyone who wants to stay in Santa Rosa.

Walkable to downtown, well appointed for two couples. A little road noise at night if you open the windows. Also, the unit only had 1/2 roll of bathroom tissue, so had to run to the store right away.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house is really cute, the owner thought of many details that made our stay great. The bed and bedding was comfortable, the couch was clean and comfortable. The place was very clean! I’m used to having to clean the bathroom before staying a rental, but I didn’t feel I had to here which is very refreshing.

This little house was perfect for our girls’ trip to wine country. Everything we needed, quiet, very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. It was the perfect landing place at the end of each day.

We were so impressed from beginning to end. House was beautiful and peaceful. Super clean. Wonderful neighborhood. Close to activity’s. Our hosts truly thought of everything. A great blessing. Thanks so much. When back in these parts, we hope to stay again.

The place was clean and modern. Easily accessible and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. A short drive to local state parks for scenic hiking.

There are many historic homes in the near vicinity. Rent an electric bike at trek bike company and mosey through the streets, it won’t disappoint. The iconic Russian River Brewing Co has a brewpub within walking distance.. and if you’re lucky you might meet the local kitty.. Sasha who frequents the home and meows at the door so he can come in and sit on the couch with you.

This home is a gem and we plan to return. Everything is clean, new and easy to settle in for a stay. Perfect homebase for exploring Napa and Sonoma wineries. We really enjoyed the sitting area around the fire pit out back. Crooks Coffee a great spot nearby.

The Cherry Street home was just a few blocks from downtown Santa Rosa, making it easy for us to walk to Brunch and Dinner. The house was updated, clean and very comfortable - just the right size for the 2 of us. Rachel was a great host. She provided useful tips ahead of our stay that helped us with tough decisions on places to visit and where to eat. I will look to return to the same house when we come back next year.

Spent four days with friends touring the area. Adorable, cozy cottage that was immaculate and close to vineyards, redwoods, and the coast. Would definitely rent again!

We arrived very late and had issues checking in. Vrbo emergency after hours were not the friendliest. However, the host got back to us within 15 min via email. It probably wouldn’t have been that troublesome, had it not been for a creepy street guy that was lingering around. I drove away from the area to a safer feeling space and waited until we were given the right code to enter the home. After that, everything was fine. The home was clean. Pictures were accurate. Beds were very comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. Easy access to good coffee and food were nearby. The only negative in home was that the soap in bathroom by sink, was super diluted. Would recommend, just be sure to get the right entrance code.

Well maintained Property. Nest Thermostat was tricky to me and I like gadgets. It’s a combination of touch screen, turning the dial, and finding where to click at the top of the thermostat. If you are leary of walking in areas you are not familiar with at night, just be aware there are some homeless folks nearby, some young men walking by that were walking uncharacteristic of a young man’s stride etc. No issues, no needles like we heard were common in downtown SF, but as always, just be aware of your surroundings. We used both bedrooms. One had a closet, but the other room did not have room for my suitcase if I wanted to walk around the bed. I kept it in the living/dining area when I didn’t need something from it. All things considered, we would stay there again if we returned to the area.
