very dated, too expensive, too small fridge, photo misrepresented room, additional charge for water park tickets should’ve been stated at beginning of rental process, not the end, as well as the steps

Breakfast was not provided, but we made our own breakfast. The place was convient and easy to access. It was very clean and we were very impressed.
I think the option of more pots and pans would have been nice. An actual spatula to flip the eggs when I was making breakfast would have been very helpful as well. Overall though it was a really great experience.

The room was very nice . Hot tub made it great. The waterpark was nice .
No wristbands. Staff didn't seem as friendly when you tell them what room your in. Also thought it was main building it was not

The hot tub was nice and the security guard was nice
The staff at the registration was rude and non informational. We were told the facility had shampoo and conditioner (so we left ours at home) but they were empty. The dishes were greasy like no one washed them. We got the room which said river and pool view but we got a drainage ditch and a parking lot. All in all not worth 300 a night.

the bathroom door jammed and we couldn’t get it to shut properly and that water park passes weren’t included with the stay.

Everything!!!!! furniture old, carpet needs replacing it's stained!!! A up grade is needed. Couldn't get towels.

The common areas needed updated repaired and just a general tidying up. The unit couch was stained pretty bad and the closet shelf fell off the wall why we were there. 1 roll of toilet paper in place of that size for 3 nights crazy tried to get more was told had to call Vacasa even thought sticker in unit said to call 0. Called Vacasa they said we will let the local people know. 1 day no response called Vacasa Again told that should be enough. Called the day we checked out much later to tell us they brought it. Totally poor service should clearly alert people to bring their own if you cant provide service with in an hour or so

the location was the best.
the price was too high for what you get, once you add in resort fees, cleaning etc…. for what they charge water park passes should be included!
