Too spread out and big to get places around resort

Close to where I needed to be

Absolutely no parking, no accommodations on the Condo side, absolutely no staff to great you or anything

The room was nice. Nice patio. All workers we encountered were very nice.

Description states there is 2 queen beds when there is 2 double beds. Both the bar and indoor water park closed earlier than we were told on the days we went to them. Bartender wasn't real interested in making money the night of May 5th. His friends were waiting for him to get off, so he gave them a lot of attention. He first told us we only had 10 to 15 minutes left when we arrived. So I hurriedly drank down some drinks. I told him after twenty minutes I wanted to cash out, and he told me I had plenty of time to order drink more. ???????

Eventually we got into our (clean) room and it had a full size kitchen.

The condo is not part of the resort. It DOES NOT include water park passes. We had a problem getting a dirty room when we arrived and it took 5 hours to get into a new room. The resort treated us like an annoyance and we’re zero help. We did not get into our room until after 10 PM. The kids were exhausted and it took 5 calls into the customer service number and 2 escalations to get anywhere. The facility is ok but getting ran down. If you don’t look too closely it will be fine but if you look around you will see the paint pealing, dirty vents, broken machines, etc. If you are a resort owner that has condos in your resort you should really manage the transactions with the customers using your facility. It was a nightmare.

Location was great.

It was affordable and very accommodating. Would love to come back again.

Clean spacious room. Quite and easy to find, not too far away.

I wish our room had a microwave. Really appreciated the nice size mini fridge. At the end of an exhausting day it would have been nice to pop a bag of popcorn and veg out.
