I’m so thrilled that I picked this property for my stay in Vegas. It was perfect… I loved that it felt like a peaceful and more exclusive retreat from the rest of the strip, although it had easy walking access to the strip and the amenities of the MGM Grand. Having a kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker is a real luxury when staying in this area, and certainly make things more convenient. The room was lovely, large, clean and didn’t at all give me the ick factor I tend to get whenever I stay somewhere (I’m picky), I felt completely comfortable and at home here. My husband and I looked forward to retreating to this sanctuary at the end of each day. The food from the very convenient cafe called Delights (tower 2) was surprisingly good and made for a great pick up breakfast one morning while being lazy, as well as a quick lunch one day. The Starbucks and quiet little bar/lounge in tower 1 were also pleasant surprises as they were additional peaceful retreats from the strip. Since we stayed during an early June weekend, the pools of the MGM appeared to be packed, but the pools of the Signature looked lovely and peaceful, I do wish we had time to enjoy them. The property owner was also communicative and provided helpful info. An amazing property for your stay in Vegas, I typically have FOBO but if I were to return to Vegas I would definitely stay here again no need to think about it for even a moment.

Quiet, great view, a very nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would highly recommend staying here, pricing is very reasonable.

Solo traveler in town for hockey game and visit family. Owner reached out during my stay which was appreciated. Quick response and questions. Easy walk to T mobile arena for game and other things on strip. Being a solo traveler felt safe at the rental. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful views from this well appointed condo very close to the strip. If you are burned out on the hotels in Vegas, this is the place for you.

Too many kids in MGM POOL

Perfect for short stay for two. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great view from balcony. On the other side of the building from the airport. Valet for the car treated us well. Short walk to the Magic Mile shops and restaurants right next to the strip. F1 track runs right next to the building! Top Golf facility across the street. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Signature. Great location and great views from the balcony. We were worried about the valet parking situation, since the description says it sometimes fills up and you have to park at MGM, but the only time it filled up was late on Friday night. So, we didn't have any problems with parking all week, thankfully. It still wouldn't have been the end of the world, since the MGM is connected to the Signature. Overall, great stay for the price!

The location is great, the views are fantastic, and communication was excellent.

Besides the condo being clean and well maintained, its location afforded a nice view of the Las Vegas Strip.

Chose this property for a balcony with view of sphere. Have stayed here many times before. Rooms could use a little updating with usb ports in room.

This condo has a great view of the strip from its balcony. But you are just far enough off the strip (about 2 blocks) to not hear any excessive noise. Perfect combo. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette is great. Owners are extremely receptive, quick respondents, attentive and helpful to your needs.

The condo was spacious and had great view. We reached out to owners regarding a couple of items and they were very responsive. Valet and checking was welcoming on arrival and during check out. Good selection of restaurants in connected MGM Grand. Enjoyed outdoor pool and patio. Thanks for having us!

This is the second time staying with this customer and honestly. 0 complaints. It’s a short walk from the strip lovely room beautiful view of everything. I continue to plan more future stays here!

The room itself was fantastic. A great size, jacuzzi bath, super comfy queen bed and WHAT A VIEW! Check in had to be in tower 2 rather than 3, as the desk at 3 is not always staffed, but apart from the walk back and forth between the towers, everything was superb.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! We were visiting for the P!nk concert this time, as we often stay or at least pass through Vegas. This place is the perfect location! The Signature is the non-gaming towers near MGM, so all the convenience of MGM Grand with a quieter, nicer experience. We really enjoyed lounging by the MGM Grand lazy river in this trip, but have loved the quiet Signature pools in the past too. Walking to the strip is easy and the valet parking so convenient if you drove. We flew in this time and used Uber to get around. There was always a driver just a few minutes away. Communication with this host was top-notch and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything associated with my stay went smoothly - the accommodations were clean and as advertised. The view was particularly good - the balcony had a great view of the Sphere - I could also see several of the other resort properties on the strip (Cosmo, Planet Hollywood, NY NY). I expect it will also be great for watching F1. Matt's communication was friendly and proactive - instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and timely. I would definitely stay again - thank you!

Room was very nice and it was great to have the balcony. Bathroom and room were very clean (except under the bed). Could use slightly larger garbages.

Amazing sunshine and access to everything we wanted and needed

The unit was considered a PH, due to the floor level. Tower 3 valet was always closed, so parking in the Tower 2 was only option. The unit itself was very nice. The staff management were very quick to respond to questions.

The room was not terrible, but the listing left out a few important details. There was clearly broken electrical outlets in the bathroom that should have been fixed prior to any guests stay. The reason why this review is getting a thumbs down is because of the disgusting black mold in the doorway. There was a ton of black mold that should have been noticed a long long time ago, considering this room gets cleaned often. This black mold is literally a building code violation and can be very unhealthy to breath in. Also, the 4pm check in is doable but late compared to other hotels.

This condo is really nice. When in Vegas we always use VRBO and book a condo at MGM Signature. This condo is just as listed; great views, clean, everything in good condition. The owner reached out to us several times to make sure everything was ok. It’s in Tower 3, which is our favorite Tower because it’s close to the action but a little quieter than the other 2 towers. We love being able to use the MGM pool and also having our own private condo to stay in. From Tower 3 it’s a short walk to the strip and all the action. Highly recommend booking this condo, you won’t be disappointed!

Booked the condo for a quick work/play trip. Wife and and I enjoyed the views from the Balcony. Quick easy walk to the MGM Pools and Casino. Would stay there again, close to the Action but quiet when you just wanted to step away from it all.
