Everything is as the pics. Place is clean n tidy. Host was very responsive.

The traffic jam going to the property is horrendous. Thankfully, can’t hear much traffic when inside the apartment.

시설이 깔끔하고 발코니로 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋았다. 헬스 시설은 물론 수영장도 너무 쾌적하고 좋았다. 그리고 주변 상가 건물과 다른 곳으로의 접근성도 괜찮았다.

침대 매트리스에서 삐걱 소리가 많이 나서 뒤척 거릴때 소리기 많이 들렸다 그리고 내가 머무는 동안 이웃집에서 발코니에 개를 놔두고 키워서 개 짖는 소리를 내내 들어야 했다. 주인에게 말을 했으나 아파트 관리소에 말을 전하겠다는 이야기만 해주고 제대로된 조치가 취해지지 않았다. 소음이 모든 것을 상쇄 시켰다.

Everything was clean and really value for money! Many facilities too and right above the mall!

Just one key card so it might be a little inconvenient for big groups!

Good location to catch the shuttle train to Singapore.

The immediate area is still under construction and this can be heard in the apartment, the shopping centre under the building is only half operational. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable but not well equipped, only one drinking glass, no knives etc etc

Stunning Location: The location of the apartment was fantastic, near Immigration to Singapore. Friendly Staff: The staff at R&F Princess Cove were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Perfect for Families: The apartment was perfect for my family, providing ample space and a comfortable environment for everyone.

The main door doesn’t have a stopper. It’s heavy and occasionally if not held properly will swing and knock onto someone.
